Like I said on a different thread. Regardless of how bad I wanted Cotto to whoop him Paulie showed heart in the ring by continuing to fight with a broken jaw. He was also humble & respectful in the interviews after the fight. Paulie has nothing to be ashamed of. I agree with you, but some of his fans and/or cotto haters should be ashamed for making up BS and not giving cotto credit.

paulie deserves respect. i dont understand how anyone who watched the fight last night can ne calling him out on his skills or heart. he fought thro a broken jaw, cut eye, and the amount of blood he was losing thro his nose and mouth was sick. for a couple of thosem iddle rounds it looked as if he was gonig to take the fight over, as he was taking rounds and cotto looked confused at how to fight him. dont get me wrong, cotto fought great and showed a lot of heart, too, but i dont think anyone can make fun of malignaggi for his performance. I haven't read every post on this board, but everything I have read since his fight with Cotto has just about everyone giving him respect.

Agreed!Paulie impressed me a lot!Especially getting up off the canvas and coming back to win some rounds.Up until the 11th round,I thought Paulie might pull it off.The funny thing is that most people criticizing Paulie,didn't even see the fight.They just read that he lost.
