Hatton should stay at 140 until Floyd is done chasing the Golden Boy lottery. His natural weight is 140 and he can still make it easily. He was in with a big welter who had fought many fights above welter. That's a tough guy to face when you're trying to move up. After Urkal, he should fight Cotto, Castillo, Corrales, or Baldomir/Gatti and build his name in preparation for the Mayweather megafight.

I would've preferred it if Hatton would've waited till after the Gatti vs Baldi and fought the winner or he could've fought Castillo or Corrales. I'm not one of those, Hatton should give Collazo a rematch guys but he should've gotten someone besides Urkal and to hell with the mandatory and whatever version of the welterweight belt Hatton won from Collazo. Hatton is a big enough name that he can fight for big money without belts. Hatton should've picked a better opponent. Also second fight of his conquest of America is against another European? you are right, hatton would do ok or at least hold his own with guys that also moved up. hatton is not an easy guy to fight, his stamina and work ethic is impressive. i would like to see hatton fight any of those guys you mentioned also and see how they do against him.

He'll lose to Margarito, or any mandatory for that WBA not Urkal though he just moved up himself and is ancient.

I really think Hattons days are numbered at 147. Dont get me wrong, he is a tremendous fighter with tremendous heart, I just dont think he has the power to dominate at 147

I am not a massive fan of Hatton, if I was not English I probably would be a fan full stop, but I don't want to see him fight Collazo again I scored it a draw if Hatton lost I wouldnt have complained, I didnt think it was particularly good match. It was a terrible style match for Hatton with an ill advised and wholly unecessary jump to welterweight, since Hatton dropped Warren he is in my eyes the undisputed worst handled fighter in boxing. Hatton should be fighting at light welter, these bigger guys are all wrong for Hatton, he moved up to fight Gatti or PBF guys who hav emoved up and ends up fighting a dangerous no-name southpaw...yeah good work team Hatton. so what if he still should have given him a rematch if there was an element of doubt. Hatton don't owe him nothing A real fighter knows when he's been beaten. Even if the judges gave him the decision, Hatton knows he lost. He might not owe Collazo a rematch, but he owes it to his fans.

yeah but if you really saw the collazo rivera fight, collazo dominated rivera. rivera might of won 3 rounds if he was lucky. collazo fought that fight in 2 weeks notice and also in rivera's hometown,
