I dont,Paul has said that Cotto fights one way, but I think of COTTO ass a boxer puncher who can adapt. But if paul is as fast and technical as they say it could be a problem for Cotto who has not faced a pure boxer.I smell an upsetI could be wrong.I hope Cotto KO,s paul.I never seen paul fight, somebody help me out please its killing me.
cotto cuts the ring off, works the body, stalks paulie down, and gets the KO or TKO, whatever, he is going to stop paulie. but if he doesn't it's because paulie is going to be on his bike the whole night long.
it's suicide for paulie to think he can stand and trade with cotto. and all this business that malignaggi has been talking about going for the KO, thats the biggest joke and piece of hype i've ever heard.
don't believe the hype when it comes to malignaggi, it's just going to mess with your head and make you feel embarrassed after he loses...
i hope cotto breaks this loud little bitch in half.
hes a stereotypical new yorker: talks trash, thinks hes so hard, and doesnt back it up.
how can you say he doesnt back it up? he's undefeated
i odnt think anyone doubts that paulie can outbox cotto, the real question is whether or not cotto will let that happen. if cotto can cut of the ring and get inside and work paulies body, cotto wins. if paulie is being his usualy self and dancing around the ring popping jabs, paulie wins.
I'm picking Paulie by UD. I may very well end up eating my words though I believe this kid. Usually when someone is calling out the other guy for a long time, it's for a reason. Manny was calling out Barrera while he was campaigning in the 122lbs division for awhile. When he finally got him, look what happened. Some people believe their style can defeat the others and in this case, Paulie really believes his fast hands and boxing skills will be too much for Cotto. Expect Paulie to never trade with Cotto or stand still. He's going to dance around Cotto shooting the jab nonstop, and when he feels right, he'll leap in and unleash a combination and get out before he's in harms way. He fully understands what he's up against from the interviews. He's been reminded a hundred times that Cotto is most likely going to walk right through him since he has no KO power. He's got this already taken into account and he is a smart fighter whether you like him or not. I'm Puerto Rican and I'd love to see Cotto win this to further advance his career so he could get into more exciting brawls against top level competition, though I'm picking Paulie to upset him just based on his style. Cotto may come out without a scratch, though he'll have been hit over 200 times without landing many shots. That's a possiblity.
i hope cotto breaks this loud little bitch in half.

He just took a fight with cotto after 21 fights. Im impressed by that.
Props to him for taking the fight.
I like Paulie seen a few off his bouts he got some skills but am really worried for him in this fight, Cottos a powerful guy and when Cotto goes to the body their ant many other guys in boxing tht do it better. My heart says Paulie but my head says Cotto pretty easy, i can see him taking Paulie out before the 10th
I truly feel that Paulie will run away once he is hit by Cotto. I can't see Paulie actually continue to fight with Cotto after he is hit by the powerhouse. Paulie has too much pride to be KOed and I don't see him going out like a man.
Cotto stops him in the 10th after losting the majority of the early rounds.
Paulie is quick and throws pretty nice combos, but Cotto is too methodical and paulie is too featherfisted.
I also wouldnt be suprised to see Cotto catch him and stop him early.
