Nigel Benn vs G Man

I read somewhere someone writing that if this fight had taken place in the USA, G Man would have won, no question and having recently watched the fight, I would agree 100%. Woah woah woah woah - why!?!? The ref was fucking hopeless but that's cos he was French and couldnt speak English - and that was down to the WBC so would presumably have been the same in the States.

My all time favourite fight, ahead of Barrera/Morales, Corrales/Castillo, Hagler/Hearns, Leonard/Duran I/ Bowe/Holyfield, Tyson/Holyfield....any fight in history. Don't know why it doesnt get mentioned more, probably because of the injuries sustained by Mclellan.. Bingo. It's too painful to remember because of the ending....but it was one of the greatest fights of all time, true.
