BrownBomber the only point I was making is that people on here like Margorito, just responding because you said finally somebody knows Margorito. The part about PBF's last opponents were in response to Iron Mike's post,and who was PBF suppose to face if Zab wasn't challenge enough for you? If he would've fought Baldomir people would say he's just tryna get belts,and he's also tried to get a fight with Hatton.

Margarito- Hasn't proved himself on a big stage ever,biggest name he has fought, everyone is saying people are ducking him, but hes been beat by guys like Daniel Santos,Rodney Jones,Francisco Lopez, guys Hatton, PBF, Corrales and Castillo would prob win against Cotto,Biggest name on Cotto's record is the "light fisted" DeMarcus Corley who hurt PBF in one round so please no hate towards this comment,Hatton would prob beat cotto because of his chin, and his heart has never been tested against someone who could pile on the presure non-stop the way hatton would if he had him in trouble Corrales,Only lost to PBF which no-one can blame him for cos floyd is simly better,knocked out by castillo who came in sooooo much over weight he shouldnt hav been allowed to fight at all, lost to Joel Casamayor in a real war, Castillo- 54 7 1 (47)Would prob beat hatton cos he can box and hav a war, hatton has never been in a war in the sence that he might acctually lose the fight, he wars when there is no need to Mayweather- pound for pound king,fastest boxer in the world,better than roy jones jr,shane mosley,ricky hatton and everyone on this list, hatton would get cut to bits against him, look at this early fights against guys with good punchin range on him he gets sliced, it would be gatti all over again but in 10 rounds and with hatton throwing huners of body shots, only to take even more to the head from the p4p best fighter in the WORLD, Should even fight gatti, hes is about 2 or 3 years past his best, was never the same after Ward, ricky shouldnt try mayweather, castillo or corrles for a while, the rest is 50 50 (i am a ricky hatton fan, i jst no that he cant win)

Oh, so being the best body puncher in the world for 5-10 years means nothing then? His whole claim to fame has been one fight and one fight only. Not only was Kostya old, but also coming off a huge period of virtually no activity. He still has a lot to prove for the hype he's been getting.

The thing about Hatton is: He still has a lot to prove, which is unfortunate to say for a fighter of his caliber and after 40 fights. So I'm going to hold off on the Hatton train for the time being.

Corrales beat hatton?...Hatton will have a field day with his body. Castillo has been in too many wars, Hatton would win but it will not be easy. Cotto and Pretty boy are the only ones who could beat Hatton. Hatton would kill gatti. The question is...if Hatton defeated all 6 of them and then retires...would be classed as one of the greatest ever!! i dont know why everyone thinks he would tool on gatti...im not so sure itd be the one-sided beating everyone thinks. gatti fights well against come-forward volume punchers...i think itd be a quite a barn-burner with hatton pulling out the win. i think that hatton could do well against any of the guys mentioned...i feel like people either overrate him or underrate him...he's not an unstoppable swarming machine, but he's also not a thin-skinned limey *** either.

Iron Mike but you were talking like Hatton has been fighting the elite at any point thus far. Just like Hatton is fighting Collazo as his 1 fight at the weight Mayweather did the same as he was moving up, remember where he started. And the Zab that fought PBF would be wanna Hattons best wins if Hatton were to beat him which was PBF's last fight.And his next fight is against the much bigger but still skilled De La Hoya assuming that gets done. If it doesn't then Margorito or Hatton if he's ready yet! I take Hatton over Margarito, Cotto, Corrales, and Castillo but not Mayweather There it is. I agree. I think Margarito has a slight of a chance as well just because of his sheer size advantage. I think he beats Castillo in a close UD. Cotto he knocks out. Same with Corrales, but he has to be careful obviously, Corrales has a monster power shot.

Those are not easy fights by any stretch of the imagination. You talk like Hatton walks through all of his opponents. No, over 12 rounds he works (give him all credit in world for that)!!! Tszyu throws one punch at a time to take you out. Every other fighter you named throws hard punches in bunches, currently active unlike Tszyu was (layoff) and most importantly they are all around Hatton's age. I want to see him fight one of the "Older" elite fighters like Shane or Oscar: I still say Shane Mosely and Oscar Delahoya are better than any of those guys, maybe the exception of Mayweather. Cotto, doesn't have a chin Corrales, to beat up Castillo, to beat up Margarito, good fighter, big, but overrated by the fans...I have seen a few of his fights and have to say with all the hype surrounding him, I just don't see him as an "Elite" guy. __________________ Here are my picks for him to fight, not in order, except maybe fight the older guys first: Shane or Oscar, maybe both...both are fast, accurate, hard punchers, physically strong (especially Shane), great chin, and have a lot of top level experience, not to mention they have beaten bigger opponents. Also, both of these fighters are not in their prime, so if he loses to them, he is not an elite fighter, then again if he wins, I guess you can argue he does well against "older" elite fighters ;) Vernon Forrest, if he can come down...tall, long reach/good jab, strong physically {he was able to clinch Shane with no problem}, very good power, and good experience. Problem, he is not a young fighter and has been inactive compared to his younger years. Mayweather...fast, accurate, sharp puncher, experience, smart, etc. After those, Margarito, Cotto, Castillo or Corrales
