I think so.
Jab and/or left hook, straight right hand, holding, hitting while holding.
I know he looked very strong against Chris Byrd, but Wladimir Klitschko is getting more and more predictable these days.
Wlad is not use to getting hit, because for like 40 fights and most of his career he hardly got hit. Plus, tall fighters tend to get hit on the base of the chin, which is every fighters weakest spot. Its just the mechanics of tall fighters. Tall fighters will always look awkward getting punched, or fighting on the inside. The shorter fighters that plod all night tend to get hit on the face and forehead, not on the chin. Taking uppercuts are as dangerous for short fighters as for tall fighters to take any power punch on the chin from the angles they tend to get hit with.
The man won GOLD in the olympics. Not bronze, not silver, but GOLD. That is the most distinguished of all sporting awards. Feck the Heisman. Feck the Superbowl ring and yes, feck the world heavyweight belt. The Olympic gold medal says you are a god in said sport/competition. End of story. Wlad has one. End of story. Not to mention a very deep amateur career and 40 odd professional fights. To say his chin is weak is like saying Muhammed Ali was slow. Not true, stop touting it. Every fighter goes down. Christ.
If Wlad fought Corrie Sanders now. He would crush him before 3.
Relax buddy, I wasnt talking bad about Wlad. However, until I see him take a flush shot from a boxer that has some pop, i.e. Sanders and Brewster, then I will continue to doubt his chin. He's my favorite boxer though.
Until someone manages to outbox Wladimir and render his boxing skills useless, he will never be one-dimensional. For him to be one-dimensional, he would have to show that he cannot adapt to his opponents style. The way he boxes now, I think he is very versatile, much more versatile than the majority of other heavyweights who plod all night. Wlad may seem one-dimensional in the sense that he cant slug and trade, so he has to be a boxer puncher all the time...but thats somne weakass shit argument. What Wlad does, he does very well, and is good enough to beat anyone... thats doesnt spell out one-dimensional at all. If you label him as one-dimensional, then all other heavies are as well...dumbass argument to begin with.
Nicely said man :boxing:

Wlad has shown multiple offensive tools. How could he be one dimensional. He has a terrible chin, but his offensive game is crazy.

Aren't the fundementals of boxing to work behind the jab? Haven't ALL great fighters, worked behind the jab? Didn't Lennox Lewis work behind the jab? Dind't Lennox Lewis have Emanuel Steward as a trainer? Doesn't Wladamir have Emanuel Steward as a trainer. Wasn't Lennox one of the most dominating heavyweights of his time?
Ta-da. I think we have a winner... :hijacked:

I made a thread almost identitical to this one days ago. Wlad did look 1 dimensional against Byrd and Sam Peter. Why? Becaus he is.
Id maybe call it one dimensional if he were in a lighter weight divsion but for a big heavyweight hes far from one dimensional. how many heavyweights period can hook off the jab like wlad? zippo

Can he fight southpaw, throw any uppercuts, throw bodypunches, throw a right hook? I don't think so.
I am of the opinion that anyone switching southpaw is a fool in almost every circumstance. They can't get the natural power they do in their natural stance, their footwork will be fucked up, as will their balance. Wladimir isn't one dimensional, he's showing that he can box as well as be a heavyweight Terry Norris.

True True & True.....but fight's fighters forget that when he hits them..He and his bro have great power.....That whole euro style is what gets boxer confused..
Your username. If you are telling me your name was not Endurance about a month agao than I question who the fuck you are too.He said he was from Germany,He loved Lamon Brewster and typed just like you.
Ah, I see. BPP checked my IP.
Maybe we type in a similar way because of we germans are being taught a particular english for school?

If he isnt then who is??
Certainly not Brewster who doesnt even know how to throw a jab...

that wasnt a right hook that knocked byrd down for the second time? he does go to the body occasionally but not often. most big tall heavyweights dont go much to the body. lennox lewis is an example
He is damn near all offense.Everyone who has gotten in there and slugged it out with him has KOed him.
hes not that easy to hit,,,,its just he doesnt react well when hit. if he had his brothers chin he'd be champ for a long time
What do you mean? I thought you can HAVE endurance, how can you be that? Sorry, please explain. Am not getting your point at all.

I have just gotten red karma in this thread for being an alt. Some people call everybody they disagree with either a hater or an alt. I am a german man who is still pretty new to this site, that's it. ;)
