Vargas Vs. Mosely II

anyone excited for this fight?? doesnt seem like it will be too great i wasnt exactly thrilled about the last one its always exciting to see vargas get his ass whooped! so yer im excited for mosley/vargas II

He was never a rela defensive fighter and his power isn't zapped, it just was never there at 154. Hey, he had enough though to get that eye to sweel up so bad. He's still very quick and he's an excellent body puncher that throws combinations with good fluidity. The only guys that ever really hit him too much were Forrest and Winky Wright and Wright can't punch. Even though he will stand in front of you, he has a chin that its in the top 10 in boxing

Did you watch the first fight? Why do you say Shane is washed up? He looked really good in February and its not like his losses were to mediocre opposition Why is he washed up? He doesn't have any power any more, he gets hit almost at will, he stands straight up and tries to fire combos that he wings from left field, his stamina is decreasing, did I mention his defense is shot? :confused:

Oh come on. The first fight was very entertaining. I am sure this one will be as well. If you want to bitch about PPV's, then take up Rahman-Maskaev for $50. The Mosley fight should be another good one Rahman-Maskaev is bad, but 2 washed up former champions on PPV is never a must see.

This may be the worst PPV since Buster Douglas-Lou Savarese.

It was a competitive fight. 2 judges had it 86-85 Mosley while one had Vargas up 86-85. Thank you. :)

I thought the first fight was pretty good they stood toe to toe and traded and each fighter had there moments. It was unfortunate about vargas eye, but to his credit he didn't complain and continued to fight. But I understand the stoppage! I don't mind them fighting atleast we know they'll fight and be somewhat entertaining.
