well,,,,at least he didnt say "know what Im sayin" after every sentence like roy jones,,judah and a lot of other idiots do. thats the most stupid senseless and annoying phrase there is,,,"know what Im sayin" LOL
yeah, plus, if people really don't know, they shouldn't pretend otherwise; i think he gave a good interview, all in all

true, he did not sound "intellectual", but i think his "don't know answers" really meant that.

It doesn't take a poet to push keys on a calculator and look at a NPV/ROI formula on a sheet.
it reflects poorly on the boxingscene faithful who seem to think that anyone who has a college degree on any kind should be able to recite the sermon on the mount from memory and without a taking a single breath

he didn't say anything like that. I guess you're new nickname is Kirov, the Russian Psychic
Yes, he did not say this exactly, but he said he'd want to fight Peter only if Peter has a belt.
Kirov was not a russian psychic. Kirov was a prominent revolutonary figure. http://www.spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/RUSkirov.htm
Then there is no way that you can honestly say that he sounded "intellectual."
true, he did not sound "intellectual", but i think his "don't know answers" really meant that.
"don't know" is a very good answer if you really don't know; shows intellect, i think
Not when it's the response to most of the questions asked. Did you watch the broadcast?
With Brock supposively being a finance guy, I was surprised how he had so much trouble speaking with Brian Kenny. I think that he answered "I don't know" to Kenny's questions, at least on three occasions. Maybe, he was just to nervous being in front of the camera on national tv.

Another thing that struck me odd, was when he was asked about fighting Sam Peter, and responded by saying something like " they're close friends and he wouldn't want to fight him." WTF, way too not be charismatic and not make fans, Brock.
Oh, man. You should have seen what he did when Brian asked him if he wanted to ever fight Sam Peter.
Brock went from speaking clearly throughout the entire interview, to stuttering twice immediately after being asked that question, as he responded with, 'well, uh, you know. Me and Samuel used to train together, so I don't see me fighting him anytime soon, or ever. But if we both make it to the top and unification has to happen, that's what has to happen.
if you ask me he's afraid of fighting Peter and I don't blame him, peter would give him a beating.
He has a point though -- fighting Peter is a huge risk that will bring little money. He can make more money by fighting Wlad or any of the belt holders.
Peter doesn't mind clubbing a guy on the back of the head. His knockout of Julius Long was borderline a foul and I've seen him hit guys that were down too.
exactly... they even aired an episode like this at ESPN showing peter punching the guy who is already down...
peter should be disqualified once, so that he stops rabbit punching --- that's an extremely dangerous and illegal punch.
LOL@ the next "American" hope.
Give it the fuck up. It's played out...seriously.
The heavyweight division belongs to the Slavs....end of.
brock also stated that he most conveniently "wont fight sam peter unless i have to" cause of the ol too much respect factor!

he ain't fighting Peter
Well, for starters he commented on the Brian Minto-Billy Zumbrun fight, and mentioned that Minto is improving. That's true but Brian Minto is not world class in my opinion, and lacks the power to match his 220 lbs.
Next Brock mentioned that he plans to avoid Sam Peter because they know each other too well, or something like that. If he came right out and said that he would duck Sam Peter I would chuckle. From what I saw tonight I wouldn't fight Sam Peter unless I had to or was paid a lot of money. The guy hits too hard and he's brutal. Peter doesn't mind clubbing a guy on the back of the head. His knockout of Julius Long was borderline a foul and I've seen him hit guys that were down too. Peter has great power and size but he's still crude. I think that Ike Ibeabuchi was better, the comparison being made since they're both from Nigeria.
Anyway, Brock didn't make any profound remarks, just solid statements sort of like he boxes.
It seemed like every thought Brock had took about five times too long to process and end up being nothing, like a light bulb slowly turning bright, only to fizzle. Not the most eloquent mofo on the planet, but, oh well, he's a good boxer.
