the comparison between james toney and floyd mayweather is simply and only about their defense how they roll with punches how they bring the right hand up to block the right side of the face the left shoulder to block the left side of the face and the left arm across the body to protect their body two of the best defensive fighters around today and they share theyre defense style

The difference between Toney and Floyd is that Toney sits back, doesn't jab and throws counter rights and counter uppercuts. Floyd is an offensive fighter who throws every punch in the book. Exactly, floyed mayweather has far more punches in his arsenal that james toney ever did.

If Zab wants to win he's got to sneak in some solid shots hurt PBF early and continuosly exert pressure. If he doesn't do that then PBF will compile points as rounds pass away. why not? its somethin floyd does every fight every fight hes not gonna come into this fight and just not do it its part of how he gains control in aifght he likes to show u he can stand still and u wont hit him but at the same time he could lay on the ropes roll AND throw some counter punches lately hes been alot more aggressive which i like so he could expect zab to try to land one on the ropes time him and land his own shot idk its just so much stuff i mean both these guys know so much so much speed and great power endless possibilites could u imagine if these guys just through caution to the wind and go balls out into traden shots itd look like the matrix only in the slow mo replay would we be able to truly see what we witnessed it would be something worth watching if they go balls out. Mayweather is an in-the-pocket fighter, like Toney was. Now, the way to beat an in-the-pocket fighter is to box on the move and frustrate them. Which is why I believe Chris Eubank would of won probably the first six rounds against Toney, I didn't pick Roy Jones Jr to beat Toney because every time I'd seen Jones Jr fight he liked to stand and trade.. but against Toney he stayed away and won every round. I highly doubt that mayweather would lay on the ropes against judah.. he might do it a little but, he wont do it as much as he did it with some of the other guyz. mayweather will try to keep in the middle of the ring as much or put judah against the ropes.. i have noticed..PBF is suseptible if you go straight thru his defence with constant pressure jabbing straight..but he only gets caught once then he is off..
