obviously i voted for PAC due to my biases, lol ... kidding aside among the selection on the list only Manny has very high UPSIDE potential and could develope into a more complete fighter... maybe the only one that can upstage PBF ...

That's true. But it's hard to give people enjoyable fights when you outclass them and knock them out with your superior handspeed and skills. If Mayweather keeps on fighting and winning against the best in the division he's currently in, he may well be the fighter of the decade. He's untouchable.

i go with vitali klitschko and manny pacquiao. both have made great impact most notably after 1999. did anyone mention antonio tarver yet? he's had great success since 2000 beating everyone put in front of him.
