when i was watching the fight i was saying to my friends that rahman was hitting toney with illegal shots to the back. i was saying that those punches are illegal and that something should be said, nothing was said by toney's corner or the ref. the ref finally said something in the 10rd. i was like damn it took 10rds for that foul to be called. rahman was also pushing toney all fight long and throwing his forearm into toneys throat all night long too. even though toney and his corner didn't say anything during the fight, the fact of the matter is that toney has some bad damage done to his kidney as a result of the illegal punches in the fight. sure toney and his corner could've complained and said something during the fight, and i think they should've at least a couple of times, but it's not their job to ref the fight, it's the referee's job and he failed to do so. fromthe opening bell rahman had his forearm pushing toney in the throat and was hitting him in the kidney and the middle of his back. both illegal in boxing and the ref let it go on all night....total bullshit. regardless of who the fighters are or were those tactics were illegal and the ref should've put a stop to it. instead of let it go on for 12 rounds....

I would like to file a complaint becuase toney is a fat slob. That weight was an embarrassment and he should just shut up imo.

You knew there had to be some excuse at some point.He didn't complain about the punches during the fight and I am not convinced he even wants a rematch.

as much as i wanna see a rematch that is a hoe move on the part of Toney....ol boy wasnt sayin shit during the fight about it and you already know if Toney woulda won then he still wouldnt be sayin shit......thats alright...i say do the rematch so Rahman can KO him this time.... I really think his lawyers are just doing something to counteract what Dennis Rappaport is doing, which is threatening to sue if his guy Oleg does not get the fight. It's whiney but actually a smart move. If he does not get a rematch for all intents and purposes he needs to move on to Brewster or someone else. And only Rahman's name and HBO will get him $2 million. Fighting for a WBO belt on showtime is only about a $1 million payday. Better to spend a few dollars on lawyers now to try and position himself.

Toney didn't say anything while the fight was going on. If Toney doesn't want to fight the Rock again, that only leaves the IBF and WBO titles he can go for.

That is the biggest crock of shit. He did hit him there but I saw no objection while the fight was happening.
