He should retire and take care of his family. and if he thinking of being lighweight champion I would say forget it because he got Raheem,Casamayor.Freitas and Corrales all are much stronger the Pac due to size difference

IMHO Erik should fight 2 more fights then lets see after that ... I don't want to see him retire now, then makes a mistake of comimg back after a couple of years...

The fight against Barerra and the referee? He did great. Fought 2 guys at once, never came close to going down, should have won by DQ, would have gotten the decision if the proper amount of points had been deducted from Marco "El Puto Cheato" Bore Era. Eric does not need to retire but he should not fight Pac. Pac has him figured out he will beat Morales worse than before.

he needs a warm up coming off two straight losses...even still, I see pac as a fighter on the come-up and see morales slowly spiraling downward...too many battles

Morales retiring could pave way for Pac-Barrera II as early as September of this year. But it won't happen though. Arum's disgust for DelaHoya and Morales' hate for Barrera will keep Pac-Barrera II for next year.
