The only way this fight makes sense is if the winner of Nard or Hopkins is the next fight and it is done in the states or they showcase Kessler on the undercard. I was lucky to get one of those free tickets to watch the Roy and tarver fight from a client. It kind of amazes me how fast Roy Jones got old. The speed seem to be still there but what happen to all the power. He hits Tarver with some nice combo but ..nothing happens. He will probably hit Joe but I highly doubt if Joe will feel it. I am very puzzle.

I cannot see why Calzaghe would be interested in fighting Jones. I mean, I can - no win since 2003, knocked out in 2 of them, nearly knocked out against Tarver, a four weight world champ who is completely past it - but this will do nothing at all for Joe's reputation. But the really sad thing is, if this fight does happen over here i'm fucking gonna go! I'm gonna spend something like £200 to watch this shit! never mind i'm a fucking retard and its idiots like me that are gonna ensure this fight goes ahead. i read on teletext this morning that frank warren is talking to jones jrs representatives and talks are going well for a july showdown in cardif,warren also added its calzaghes choice to fight jones jr because he wants to be tested against hes biggest hero in boxing
