No he was not. Calzaghe was great and did not allow lacy to fight his fight at all. :D i'm lacy's #1 supporter and i feel that he did not have a plan vs. calzaghe. joe certaintly did and we saw why.

i agree in that fight he couldnt punch shit but if calzaghe took a clean hook to the chin he would be done. Firstly I will start by saying that he did take a clean hook on the chin... And secondly I will say that it is the whole idea to not get hit, but hit the other person at the same time... so Joe wasnt being paid to get hit, he obviously done his homework and worked on taking the left hook completely out of Lacy's gameplan and it worked for like 98% of the fight.

LOl i love that guy. LAcy will bound back though and i look forward to seeing him in action again, but as for now Calzaghes the shit and i'm glad all you Yanks finally got to see his real potential
