lol I can care less Lacy lost. I never was a big fan of his. I just thought Joe was overrated and was dead wrong. Now when TiTo lost to Oscar I was hurt

If you are talking to me, im from London bro, i saw it.... :p I mentioned that I wasnt a Calzaghe fan before, and I actually agree with what Lacy said before the fight, that Joe can slap his punches... and still do believe that... however I simply cant deny Joe now, the excitement value alone for me is enough to make me a fan... I neither liked nor rated Calzaghe before the fight, but i have to give the guy credit he put on a really good show. With regards to Lacy - The guy was so ridiculously slow it was unbelievable. No head movement, no foot movement and no class. For once, it was a US fighter who was ridiculously overhyped and the European guy who had the real quality.

Excuses? You mean legit reasons and more things that stack up against the embarresment that Jeff now faces... Honestly, this thread is a prime example of how people can be so stupid. Dude thinks anything that Calzaghe says is an excuse... did you ever stop to think perhaps it does cause a hinderance to have hand problems in the past, or to have a 5 year age disadvantage, or to have the whole press against you, or to fight at 2am if you arent used to it (but both fighters were)...
