bad idea, hopkins does not like good jabs and sturm has a good jab, he is young and will move and punch for 12 rounds. I think hopkins can still beat fighters who don't push the fight (the only thing that won taylor the fights was activity), and tarver is one of those (but he is bigger, so we'll see).

Sturm Bad matchup for The Executioner stylewise. Hopkins is much the better fighter, but Sturm can make him look bad and perhaps steal the fight on points. Felixs' strength is drawing the other boxer into a lead, and then countering and angling off on him. That is a portion of Hopkins' style as well, and he is the best at it. I don't think this would be a good fight for us fans, really. It may turn out to be a great fight, who knows? JS
