I just saw his fight with krasniqi and man he took a lot of punches the guy just seems to have no real defence he was just taking the shots what do you guys think
Brewster has a heart, a great chin, and the will to win at all costs. He does not fight to survive like 90% of the pro boxers out there, he fights to WIN. He needs to improve the defense, I agree, but his willpower and heart are something special and no on in the current division has these things to the degree that Brewster does. They are what we call intangibles, and cannot be calculated by height, weight, or reach measurements or punch stat statistics. Brewster has the heart of a lion and is a dangerous fight for anyone alive today.
I do think Wlad will beat him in a rematch but only because he will fight a smart fight this time and stay two steps ahead of him as he did versus Peter. Brewster does not fight dirty like my man Peter, he will not hit Wlad behind the head, and so I don't see him having the same success. Still, Brewster will be one punch from winning that fight at all times and his one thought for the entire 12 rounds will be taking Wladimir's head off. I would never completely count Brewster out against anyone on this planet in a boxing ring.
Nah man, im not comparing brewster with iron mike, I was only saying that the way brewster destroyed golota was kinda like mike tyson, you know like one of those Mike tyson's first round demoliton jobs :).
I don't think King was at work, it's just that Golota was not all there mentally and did not want to fight. That was a worse performance than the Lewis fight IMO. I've never seen Golota look so afraid as he looked in the first 30 seconds versus Brewster. Very stiff, throwing a pitty pat arm punch hook, totally afraid to hit Brewster with a hard shot. Golota had no chance in hell of surviving with Brewster in the state he was in. He was whupped before the first bell.
I agree 100% about golota even though I like the guy, but if brewster can even get a marginally better defence and pick up his work rate a little bit he will be even more dangerious

====i must admit that the way he destroyed golota was awesome, he looked alot like tyson in that fight =========
** Maybe like Tyson after his 2nd prison sentence.
That was a King fight. Brewster did his job, 3KDs in a 1st round fight where the 3 KD rule was waived, because otherwise Golota would have pounded him over the distance.
Pac did far more damage to Marquez in their fight with 3 KDs, but that wasn't a King fight that could arbitrarily be stopped.
I just hope Brewster knows when to get out because he is a punching bag, albeit a dangerous one.
lol i thought the same thing when i saw him fight krasiniqi. man he also nearly lost against that journeyman kali meehan(and look how hasim rahman destroyed kali meehan), i think brewster isnt that good, he just happens to be in a very poor division atm. you know the quality of heavyweights is below-par these days :/ . although i must admit that the way he destroyed golota was awesome, he looked alot like tyson in that fight :)

thats why I give Danny Williams a punchers chance against him, although he'd probably get knocked himself.
It has worked for him so far....... :D
thats true but if any of his fights go the distance and he is getting boxed hes going to loose unfortunety cause I think the guy is a good fighter
