You guys are a bunch of RETARDS! The illegal wrap issue became apparent in the Bernard fight because B-HOP wanted to get into the head of the Trinidads. The issue was that more gauze was used which = less power punches...but it would protect the Hands of Tito more. If anything he was allowing himself to deescalate his power and help his opponents.

i dont know what to beleive, but if his hands were made so heavy, how come he was so fast? He didn't have anything extra in them they were just wrapped wrong is all. What it was is that the fist have to be wrapped in a continuous manner tape/gause for what ever amount of feet and then switch and so on. What Tito was busted for was that they had cut the gause added tape added gause then added tape and so on which makes for a harder fist.
