Hopkins-Trinidad everyone said I was a fool for thinking Hopkins would win and everyone of my friends thought betting me was easy money. wrong i banked like 600 bucks that night. but that aside, nobody gave Hopkins a chance and he totally dismantled Tito like I had predicted. it's a great feeling when everyone you know has to bow down to you after winning a bet like that.... I agree. Hopkins pulled a shocker. Not in the victory but winning every round and making Tito look like a novice!

Holyfield/Tyson I for sure. And a few others.

i have limited chances to watch live fights and its a pity i missed out watchin PAC fights, for sure those fight will make me feel good, specially PAC-MAB and PAC-EM 2, but I felt very lucky to see Hagler-Hearns fight live... We were actually rooting for Hearns, but the fight was so good, so fast, so brutal that we did not care that the fight was too short and who got knocked out ....

Although I'm sure there were other fights that gave me a better feel good but this one gives me a warm feeling all over when I see it.Corrie Sanders KO 2 Wladimir Klitschko.Sanders was such an underdog to the "heir apparent" and he came out and smashed on him it was great.

Rahman vs Meehan was fun for me for one simple reason, there was a website around at the time called sofaboxer.com where you could place bets on fights, and I picked Rahman KO 4. So when he was beating him around in the 4th I was yelling " Get him Rock" and I had a blast watching that.

Pacquiao-Morales 2 After the first fight, Morales talked a lot of shit about Pacquiao that his power was overrated and that he doesn't hit as hard as people make him out to be. I was hoping Erik would disrespect Pac by going soutpaw again, LOL. And the damn Pac haters. I just got tired of these fools labelling him as a one-dimensional, one-trick pony and a bum who can't speak English. Revenge is sweet! :D

vargas vs de la hoya. vargas disrespected oscar so much, it was good to see him fall. it was also good because chavez had bet that vargas was going to win out of hate twords de la hoya.

yeah I couldnt even imagine it even though I was a kid, you just had to look at Tyson at know Frank couldnt beat him, Frank knew he couldnt beat him as well. I remember Bruno crossing himself over and over. The fear on his face, i felt for him!

Just a note.....I was impressed with Barrera's victory over Morales in their third fight. He was so up for it and no one thought really he`d win it considering his loss to Pac.

bruno vs tyson 2 i was watching this at my uncles house and he was a big bruno fan and i told him for weeks beforehand that he was gonna get anihalated but he wasnt having non of it so we had a little wager on it and the rest is history

When I was 15 I had the fight that made me feel great. I had started up with a new trainer and he had me fighting sharp with the jab and the movement. I always had descent power but that jab made the guys forget about my right while I was continuously touching them with the jab. Then I drop the right ........... The fight was against a kid from Detroit who I had never seen before. My trainer had told me that this kid was supposed to be the real thing and told me to be sharp. The kid was named Corey Johnson out of Al "Blue" Lewis' gym. We fought in a beautifull church in down town Detroit. Corey was slick and corey was fast, extremely fast. We had a hell of a throw down and it was a decision in my favor. We would meet again 4 more times before we were finished as amatuers. I would win all of our bouts. They were all close ones, except for that first one in Detroit. That one was all mine. Corey ended up doing well as a pro, fighting for the title against Kosta Tszyu. He didnt win the fight though but I am still proud of what he was able to accomplish. Its funny with fighters. We will step into the ring and try to beat the f**k out of eachother and yet every time we see each other now its big smiles and how have you beens. We embrace in the fighters hug and get talking. He who bleeds in the ring with me is my brother. Rockin' :boxing: ...Good stuff right there!!! Almost brought a tear to my eye.

True true my friend. i tell you what, it might sound like a lie but i knew from after the first round Evander was gonna win. i remember shouting at my parents ( they don`t mind like the big fights to watch, my dad's a fan of tyson ) i told them he hit him back, he hit him back. Classic hour of my life i have to say, i felt great when Evander won! ...I know exactly what your saying and when Tyson rushed him and connected with that first punch and Holy wasn't fazed, I just knew Evander was going to be alright. I had always told a long time Barber of mine that Evander would beat Tyson because he wouldn't be afraid. This was in Tyson's pre-prison prime mind you. He was a really cool Cuban guy who was also a big fight fan. He would talk shit about Stevenson and what he could have done and what not. Anyway, he would always shake his head and say he thought I was crazy that Evander could beat Tyson. I went back to see him after Evander took out Tyson and he just shook his head at me and said "you were right all along".
