Am I the only one getting sick of Lampley?

I barely hear Merchant though. Lampley is the main voice during the fight. I agree though, Merchant is just as biased. I think Steward is on point though. Steward favors boxers over sluggers though. I noticed that.

Lampley, on many occassions, is obviously biased. Not only in miscalling landed punches in favor of one fighter over another but in also describing the fighters during the fight. I don't want to get drummed for using it as an example, but for example, during Pacquiao vs. Morales I&II, Lampley was missing many of Pacquiao landed punches. Making stories up to make one fighter look greater than the other, like saying Pacquiao quit againts Sanchez and another fight in which he got a draw in the P.I. that never happened. Also using words that makes another figher seem larger than life over his opponent. In describing Morales, I noticed most of the adulation and praise was directed towards him even when he was loosing Lampley never lost hope. When Morales would attack after getting beat down the whole round, it was a comeback. All the while discrediting Pacquiao saying that the Reyes gloves wasn't helping or that Pacquiao is ineffective at 130lbs. etc, etc. I could only tell because I Pac is one of my favorite fighters. I dunno maybe I'm being biased, but that is what I heard and this is what I think. On the other hand, Merchant is as big as a Pac nuthugger can be IMO. He scored the Pac-Morales 1 as a draw, uttering Filipino words during the interview, and most of all, he was so enthusiastic when Pac KO'd Morales. Merchant even admitted in a boxing radio show that it felt like New Year's when Pacquiao KO'd Morales. IMO, Sky Sports broadcasters(UK) are the best in the business, no biasedness or whatsoever, and are way better than HBO & Showtime.

There was some Pernell Whitaker fight I saw on ABC and Lampley said something like a big left hand lands for Whitaker and Alex Wallau goes that punch didn't even land. Lampley didn't say shit for like 5 minutes. I think Lampley's alright, I mean he's a hell of alot better than alot of other commentators I've seen.

He has been miscalling punches from time to time lately but think he does a good job overall......I wonder if he will out last Larry tho....Larry is brilliantly shot out.

I mean his nuthugging just got on a whole new level in the last year or so. Its freaking sickening. I know your supposed to dickride thew HBO fighter somewhat but dont make it so obvious. Im surprised Merchant or Roy hasnt told him to shut up. Or to actually mention the punches the non Hbo fighter lands. Or stop saying punches that clearly missed landed.
