Well? Also, what's the point of this fight if Manny beats him again? If people have already been saying that Morales is washed up, what the heck they gonna say if Manny wins again and muchless puts on the same beating performance? I don't understand that though of course this rematch is going to be more about Morales to see if he can change the outcome. If he does, oh, Morales was never done or old over night, yadadad.
watching it over and over, I feel bad fo Morales, Cuz he was trading wit a man he couldn't hurt physically. Pac just keeps comin forward, eats shots, but Morales just cannot dent Manny.
Manny has been fightin like that since he was a lil kid. Morales CANNOT WIN IN a FIGHT against Manny. That's his shyt. He loves it.
manny's body had been crafted at an early age of that of a warrior. he's physically gifted too!
batak ang katawan ni manny dahil sa mahirap sila noon - naging construction worker pa siya. but i think its really the discipline and hard work who transformed him to an excellent fighter plus freddie's guidance.

use his jab, counter, move, and stay off the ropes.
what i'm interested to see is how erik is going to come out of his tko loss at the hands of pacman. most boxers are not the same mentally after a loss like that, just look at roy jones or ledwaba :boxing:
Then that would be running(according to EM), remember that's exactly the gameplan that Raheem executed on my beloved Morales. Morales would be a hypocrite if he were to use that same strategy.
The Great Morales needs to cash out already
it's over. There's no need take the chance of
ending up like G-MAN or even worse Leavander Johnson
P-A-C is a baaad man!
its true its true!
Exactly. People forget this is the same Morales who actually beat Manny quite handily on their first bout. You talk like Erik's got no chance.
manny improved since the first fight and erik declined his body is badly battered and he has a hard time with the weight. he will lose and he knows it.

the only thing that concerns me is on what weight category this 3rd match gonna be. if it's at 133, the advantage goes right to em. im not sure if pac could carry that coz em is going to add a lot of power in his shots if he goes a lot heavier. im afraid pac can't take those punches he usually gets from em. remember em landed some good shots of his own during the last fight and he certainly rocked pac.
that's what i've been saying...it seems like erik camp's has been enjoying a handicapped manny everytime their fighter steps into the ring. i know there's not going to be a lot of difference since it's 2-lbs comes fight night but its an advantage for erik nevertheless since pac's true weight class is at 126.
i think pac can take erik's punches as he showed in the last fight. i don't think there's going to be much difference in the weight comes fight night since both weighed 140 last time. if erik ballooned beyond that, he might have added weight on his punches but he would be slower too.
the only way i see erik to have a good chance of winning is if he sticks to box and use his jabs more effectively. however, i still don't see how he can solve manny's pressure offense since manny has much more weapons in his arsenal right now. also in their last fight erik was so confused where the shots were coming. manny did a lot of fainting and threw a lot of punches that erik couldn't telegraph. also pac's pace was too much for erik to handle and this is one reason why he gassed out early in the game. a bigger and slower will only make the matter worse.
that being said, erik being bigger is not necessarily an advantage for him. the advantage is more on not having to drain himself of those additional lbs and not being to worry about giving away $250K for every lb over. :D
Pac and Morales - true warriors in every sense of the word.
Morales can win by jabbing and moving, by using purely his boxing ability. I don't think he will, but that is one way he COULD win.
I dont think this fight is completely pointless, unlike say Mayweather/Judah, but it is one that I can see only one winner.
Last fight he drained too much weight in too little of a time. That's why his legs got weak(punches to the body and his cornerman massaging them didn't help neither). He need too maintain a closer weight this time. I say keep running light in the morning try to keep at 150 lbs before he really trains for the fight. Morales weighs 170 lbs when he is not training and he went down to 130 lbs, he might've gotten away with that when he was younger, but when you get closer to that big 30 you start feeling it. Maybe get his dad back in his corner, coz' the new guys didn't really help or did anything better.
Props to Erik for taking the fight, this just show the THIS IS GUYS REALLY HAVE A HEART OF A LION!! ... and i like him better for that ...
PAC BY KO .... AGAIN!!!

I also dont like that PAC-EM 3 be fought in a catch weight, I do agree with you that advantage goes to EM, but IMHO they should just maintain the condition in the contract fight at 130 and if EM wants to come in heavier then he have to pay 250k for every pound ...
Don't knock Pacquiao for taking the fight. It represents a LOT of money and probably another KO victory. It would be like Roy wanting a third fight with Tarver. OF COURSE TARVER WAS GONNA SAY YES. Easy victory + biggest payday to date = YES
good point there bro...let's drink to that! :friday:
got to admire his courage though... if you coe to think of it, we pacfans flamed MAB and called him names when he did not opt for the rematch with pac... now that morales is actually wanting the rematch, we say he must rest... prolly because MAB talks more shit... but if erik wants it, bring it on... if he wants to retire losing but his head up high, hell yeah... barrera might have 2 fights against erik's 1 but erik does have that warrior pride in him... not like MAB pussy, nyahahahahaha :D
if you come to think about it...erik's warior pride did it for him against manny last time. that same trait might have pushed him to exercise the rematch, but if he gets the better of it inside the ring with manny the secound time around, i don't see the outcome is gonna be much different. :boxing:

he'll probably do a Roy Jones Jr. He won't trade wit Pac and run all night JUST TO not get KOed again. But Pac won't let him do that. Pac was born to destroy.
EM needs to get Plan A which is..to rest. Dont let Arum feed him shit. EM's got a stelllar career and another loss to Pac would greatly tarnish that great reputation and EM has a lot to lose rather than Pac now. He should tune-up for at least two fights before getting into a rumble with Pac. His injuries are no joke and another, perhaps, triple of the beating he had, awaits him on a 3rd fight. :boxing:
What about plan B? :D
Seriously, IMO Pac has just as much to lose from the rubbermatch as does Erik. Erik has lost 3 times in a row and many boxing pundits think that he is a shot after those 52 ring wars. Manny beating him again will not do as much damage the way things are now for Erik. On the other hand, Pac's loss will again raise question that Manny's victory had more to do with the kind of Erik who showed up that night and not much on what Pacman did. Pac's loss would also fuel speculation that he is indeed a one-trick pony. His stock will surely go down more than that of Erik's if the latter lost.
