Davis looks like a strong, powerful fighter but he doesn't use his brain at all. He reminds me of myself when I sparred a few years ago. Just straight forward, jab jab, cross. No thinking ahead whatsoever.
Its about goddamn time man. Jr. Looked pretty good, but hard to tell against such weak competition.
I agree. It's long past time for McGirt to step it up. (assuming thats who youre referring to!!) I believe in protecting the young fighters, but that guy was sad....I kept thinking if I was little MG, I'd have been ashamed. Not such a good matchup.
As for Gogoladze, I got sick and tired of watching him run all night. If only Davis knew how to cut off instead of follow!
The opponent was pretty horrible. Still you have to give him credit for hanging tough when he had no chance of winning and for crowding McGuirt.
Your right, he would tie up, then on the outside you could tell the guy knew he was going to get rocked right after he threw a punch, yet he kept trying to land something.
Mcgirt throws his straight left kinda funny...it looks like he's pushing the punch rather than snapping it out
Yeah, I couldn't believe he scored a K.D. with it.
