Cotto: I'm moving to 147 next year

In an interview today Miguel Cotto said that he'll be moving to Welterweight after his bout with Castillo in September. My doubt is then, will he ever fight Hatton? He'll fight Branco in March, who will he fight in between that fight and the Castillo fight in September then? Arum will not schedule a Castillo fight and then put him in a more difficult fight with Hatton before it. So.....Will Hatton move up to 147? and dosen't Cotto has a better chance against Mayweather and Hatton at 147 where he won't have to drain himself to make weight? Update: Cotto said he's retiring in 4 years, he wants to spend time with his family. He said he's open to fighting Hatton and Mayweather Jr. but that after 2006 he ain't going back to 140 and what was left undone in 140(Hatton?) would be the past.
