Anyone see Damgaard's punches?, looked like a BITCH.
yea relly, wen u cant cut gatti in 11 rounds of hitting him very cleanly, u no u arent strong enough to box...lol
ok you guys can't tell me for one second that you think off that gatti performance that he'd be ready for any top welterweight. margarito would've knocked gatti out if he had landed 320 punches on him. and you guys know this.
gatti struggled in that fight partly because he hurt his hand in the later rounds and i give credit to thomas damgaard for being relentless in there and putting a lot of pressure on thunder gatti. gatti also ate some leathers in close quarters as damgaard was sucessful a number of times to close the gap within them. if damgaard has power he could have kd'd gatti. gatti looked fatigued in the late rounds and was shaking his right hand and was visibly hurt. i wonder if damgaard's camp noticed it since i don't think they capitalized on it.
anyway a good win for gatti but i don't think this fight gave any indication that he would be able effective against any bigger and powerful fighters in the division, much so against margarito who looks like a light heavyweight.
Gatti's win tonight mean absolutely nothing. It just shows that he simply does not measure up to the top dogs in the division. He will have to continue to fight the Damgaards and Baldozars in order to make it in this division. Now that he's in the 147 division, he had better avoid Mayweather at all costs.
I doubt he will fight PBF again, i doubt ppl would want to see it again.

Margarito is the biggest welterweight who is very skilled and has great power, of course he would KO gatti, and everyone else that would fight him IMO.

ill b the first to say that gatti isnt perfect, but he did wat i expected, had a good fight, and stopped an undefeated fighter. he got hi too much, because he abandoned his defense.
stop following me, a couple pm's, the PBP thread, and now this, all trying to make me seem like a gatti nuthugger, is it relly worth ur time?
you are the one that started it dude. you left me the first bad message in my user cp. look we both like gatti so i don't see your problem
well ok guys i dont want any problems, we'll just have to agree to disagree. you guys are just impressed by mediocre performances i guess and are unwilling to have your favorite fighters ever take criticism. this is silly but whatever, more power to you.

does anybody see him moving down after hatton or should he stay at this weight. i didnt see it so not sure how he looked
NO he should saty here, he looked very good against a guy who fought his entire career at 147.

to be honest i think hatton should move up... gatti struggles to make weight at 140
so you admit gatti is your favorite fighter of all time. i don't like fans like you. a fan should be the most willing to criticize his fighter if his fighter doesn't live up to this full potiential.
okay it was impressive that gatti fought so good with a broken right hand, but the performance itself was not very impressive. it was mediocre and mediocre isn't what we're used to from gatti. that's all i'm saying. i expected a blowout. damgaard won three rounds and i didn't expect that. this isn't terrible but gatti shouldn't have lost even one round to damgaard. i think he took damgaard lightly. and the ref did help gatti some which pissed me off because gatti didnt need any help.
