Morales will use this as a fight to prove all his recent doubters that he still belongs in the p4p list.
He has way too much skill for the lunging impatient Pacman.
Morales will be able to change parts of his game after working out manny's fighting style the last time whereas Pac only knows one style of fighting.(Morales is a very cunning boxer)
I see Pac being made to look silly by being countered all night.
i voted for morales last time they fought in march, this time im going with manny pacquiao, if manny attacks the body early and backs morales up, then im sure he will win, the question for me on this fight is how much is manny pacquiao willing to take? he HAS to bring the fight to morales so he might get hit sometimes on the way in, he has to bring the fight to morales and back him up, but in a controlled way, he has to have controlled aggresion, he has to know when to box and when to brawl and slug it out. some people say manny needs to perhaps adopt the zahir raheem strategy to this fight but i disagree, for manny to win this fight he needs to do what barrera did to morales in their very first fight in february 2000, he cannot let morales breathe, he has to jump on him. i reckon manny will win on points, but i wouldnt be surprised if theres a knock down in this fight, ive just got that feeling that someone will get knocked down.
Im sorry but I really dont see pac getting over the fact that he is fighting a bigger Morales, although some people might believe that pac has developed boxing "skills" I know I dont believe this, Morales will have his jab in pacs face all night long.
Pac had boxing skills that he showed vs Barrera. The biggest part of those skills was patience. Since the Barrera fight, he's seemed to completely lost any brilliance he showed in that fight and traded it for slugging. Sure, it's increased his fanbase, thouhg it's also made him look lousy at times, and gonna take a toll on his body. It's interesting how some fighters look bad after coming off an amazing performance that looks unbeatable. :boxing:
i think Pacquiao will learn from his prior loss (which is one of very few in his career btw), will come in with a different strategy, and will beat Morales in a 12 round decision, sparking a trilogy between these two future HOFers.
