i watched this movie last night. it was a sad but great story. i didnt know the details about the story until i saw it. has anyone else seen it and what did you think? how do you see emiles story as it relates to boxing today?
i really enjoyed the movie i think there is a lot in there that we can get out of it as boxing fans or just as a movie veiwer.
Since its television debut was on USA Network, I didn't realize how well produced this film was. Got the DVD for Christmas and just got around to watching it. This is maybe the best boxing documentary I've ever seen (still have my copy of Unforgivable Blackness sitting unopened, though, too)...
Yeah I feel bad for Emile,I didnt know he had gotten beat up and had memory problems like that, fucked up shit.Good documentary tho, they have some good footage, its just sad as fuck.
