question-
Ask him if he was there when Roy Jones lost to John Reid at 156 (who Collins beat earlier that year at 165) in the amateurs, and if thats why he believes he would of beaten Jones Jr in the pro's
answer-
I first met Roy 20 years ago when he came to Ireland to represent the USA, he was over - powered by my team - mate and it was in the category below me ( light - middleweight ). I was fighting there too and I won my fight and I offered to have a friendly sparring with Roy if he wanted and he refused. Roy Jones is an ectomorph, always was an ectomorph. I'm an endomorph or mesomorph, I have big bones. I even fought at heavyweight in the junior's. Now this is one reason I would of beaten Roy Jones. If I made it rough and tumble, it would be like a man against a boy. Why do you think Roy Jones has failed to knockout light - heavyweights? It's because he is an ectomorph and shouldn't of been boxing in as high a weight - category as that. Just look how small his waist is, look how skinny his wrists are.
theres also this link, saying jones was just scared-

What kills me is that people actually ntertain this sort of stupid rap about Roy not taking on challengers. If he had beaten Collins then people would have been calling hima bum too. I don't care what anyone says. some may call it courageous to go overseas as a champion and expect a fair decision but I call it foolish overconfidence. I never did blame Roy for not going to Germany to fight Mickhaelshevski who wwe all know was not in his class anyway. the same thing goes for I believe a proposed Collins fight in 94 in Europe.
Steve Collins is off his head. He thinks beating Eubank and Benn late in their careers makes him fantastic. The truth is both were finished when they met him. Benn had everything taken out with him in his war (and in my opinion greatest fight of all time) with Gerald Mclellan, and Eubank was as I said, finished. Collins is a dick he keeps on saying about all these great fighters that he would have beat but he made no real effort to fight them. Roy Jones would have murdered him, wheneve I see video of Collins fighting I'm astonished at how poor he looks. The guy built his entire career on beating two washed up fighters. At least Jones fought a load of washed up fighters and Hopkins, Toney and Ruiz. Roy Jones KO 5.

roy jones should of sparred with steve though back then when he says, it would of been only a lightmiddleweight against a middleweight whats wrong with that.
hmm
Man, no one gives two shits about Steve Collins. If he'd ever fought Roy they'd call him Steve Crawlins, because his brain would not know how to walk anymore.
Roy TKO8 Collins.
