hmm It was just tears of joy, for money and for "redemption". Floyd sees himself as some kind of hated figure/victim and thinks he is just above everyone else. He was brought to Earth by Castillo once and he'll be brought down again, but in the mean time, enjoy his skills.

I think it was all the emotion leading up to the fight. All the bad blood, the weight of the trial he had to plead no contest too to take the fight, biggest showing in terms of the stage, etc, etc... It wasn't a big deal. He was just really emotional. Now when Zahir Raheem tried biting the whole Floyd thing, with the crown and then about to collapse and cry at the end, that was really lame. Raheems trainer grabbed him up and was like, what are you doing, stop crying. and he stopped all of a sudden. LOL, this thread is producing some hilarious commentary

It's not talking shit when it's a fact. He never goes for the top fights that are possible, he is more then content on getting easy paydays and fucking up his hands in minor sparring. Also, I'm a accomplished amateur in my own regard, so don't think that I don't respect the man for getting in the ring and willing to put it on the line. I just feel that there are far too many people who need to hop off of his jock.

Some people might say its because he is praying to god. But if I was god and I heard someone like Floyd praying to me and they were in tears for no good reason i would be pissed as fuck.
