lol and even against that "37 year old full time journalist" she looked pretty crap. i saw the whole fight and her defence was pretty pathetic, she was gettin hit pretty easily but im sure she cant get away against a better fighter with this sort of defence. Im sure she fought down to her competition. And she haden't fought in a while. Ive seen her fight, she's good. When she gets a big fight, she looks awesome.

Once she beats Wolfe; and she will. Maybe then she will get some respect. Ali is the best female fighter in the world. Her last name is Ali, but she's not her father. The only thing she got from her father was some genes. If she is the best womens boxing has to offer they might as well stick to cooking and washing. Her last opponent was 3-1-1 and had a loss in her last outing by the hands of a 4-0-0 Laura Ramsey. And she still managed to hit Ali frequently with telegraphed right hands and the occasional jab before she totally gased. Laila Ali now is 21-0-0 and hasn't fought a girl with more than 9 wins in her last 5! outings. The girl is feeding of her daddys name and doesn't even feel sorry.

I think Laila is good but there really arent that many female fighters around. Im sure she'll fight Wolfe eventually.

I think Rijker is too small for Ali. I think the weight difference is like 25 lbs. Ann sparred one of the guys at my gym when she was training for the Vonda Ward fight. He said she hits harder than most men.
