chavez can beat barrera!

i predicted raheem would beat morales not im predictiong that chavez will beat barrera..i would BET somebody but i dont know how ill bet on barrera against you! all you have to do is sought the amount of points your willing to bet then after the fight whoever loses presses the donate button near the other guys avatar and donates the amount that was bet!

i believe chavez can also win with his pressuring style. but dont count barrera out. personaly i dont like barrera i would love to see him win. i believe this fight will set the pace for the first fight of the year canadate

Glad someone brought this one up. I have been thinking of putting money on this fight for a while now cause i think chavez will win. My only concern is his mental state after the johnson fight! I seem to remember chavez doing really well against morales with a fucked shoulder. He can hang in and this should be a good fight.

This is gonna be a good fight if Chavez can move on with his career after what happened in his last fight(R.I.P LJ). If he beats MAB, which I think he has a good chance of doing hopefully he will give my boy Famoso a rematch!

i think chavez can beat barrera but thats what makes it such a good fight, some people have been sayin barrera has been fighting bums recently so this will be a good test for him. if he does win then he will be the only mexican fighter to win titles in 4 weight classes, i think barreras fightin chavez also for history. if barrera is victorous though, i cant see him stayin at 135lbs and fightin the likes of castillo and corrales, i reckon he will go back down to 130lbs and hopefully fight pacman and defend his WBC and IBF superfeatherweight titles. i cant see him fightin at 135lbs permanantly.

I say this is an even fight with maybe a slight edge to Barrera. It will be a tough close war though.

I like this match up. I'd give the slight edge to Barrera though. Chavez will never be the same fighter that he was after the Lavender incident. Noone knows that for sure. Some fighters think thats just the risk if fifhgting and just continue on with their lives. Who knows.
