In 2 years I go see this fight

i actually would give cotto a change because of sheer strength advantage over mayweather..if he could get him up agaist the ropes and get some punches in he could LOSE a close UD

all those fights would be good to....im looking foward for those fights and i hope they happen even with diego corrales

Cotto can beat him ,Mayweather fight smart but he is not unbeateable. mayweather is not unbeatable but aotto wont be the one to beat him. judah has a better chance :cool:

Well, I'm also taking into account, Cotto was rocked badly by Torres, mainly because of trading with a guy that had faster hands and lots of power. Now imagine those fast hands even faster, blindly fast. It would be a massacre.

I'd be rooting for Cotto as an underdog but will hate to see him lose either late stoppage or UD.

i personally think cotto is not on mayweathers level but if cotto lands that left hook to the body and land a nice right i think he could take the fight by a KO and thas the only way he would win but i say PBF would win by UD but hey anythin could happen in a fight i think cotto could KO PBF if he fights smart

Mayweather KO`s , eggy Cotto !

I think Mayweather would destroy Cotto actually. I don't think many people have a chance vs Mayweather unless they got speed of their own. This figures Zab would have the best shot, yet that guy is wreckless and careless, I think he'd get KOed trying to go for the KO. Cotto's speed reminds me of Gatti's. He's slow and hits with force. The assumption would be similar to Gatti's I'd think. If he could tag Mayweather, possibly, we'd see a hurt Mayweather, though I don't think he'd be able to get in without getting raked by 5 shots he doesn't seem coming. Cotto's main weapon is to land those killer left hooks to the body, I think he'd get countered left and right if he tried to land those on Mayweather. The only thing Cotto has going for him is he's got some pretty nice defense though I think Mayweather can easily counter punch his way to victory or with his speed, get in and out on Cotto landing bodyshots and opening up Cotto for the head shots. Just my 2 cents :D

Mayweather has the perfect style to beat cotto,having said that Mayweather has the perfect style to beat anybody in his division,and out of the current lineup I would give cotto the best chance at beating Mayweather.If cotto is going to win it would have to by KO/TKO because not him or anybody is likely to get a UD against Mayweather.And i think if this happens at 147 cotto's chances are alot better.

I have to go with MW by KO on this one, if not KO, ref or doc stoppge.. Cotto was pretty rocked in his last fight, and MW has the skills and speed to finish Cotto off, without wearing hiomself down.
