In the main event, WBO minimumweight champion Ivan Calderon (23-0, 5 KOs) gave a boxing lesson to former IBF champion Daniel Reyes (35-3-1, 30 KOs). For twelve rounds the tiny champion did what what he does best, pile up points and frustrate his opponent with his slick boxing skills. Reyes' shining moments were few and far between as Calderon took a 120-109, 120-109, 119-109 win.

Iron Boy is a sporty little fighter. I wish we could have seen some promotional pics of he and Briggs together. Better yet, arrange a charity sparring exhibition against Valuev. It'd be great promotional stuff for both fighters and some real fun stuff like IB shooting off a "lightning combo" on V's leg, and V picking up Calderon and rubbing his belly to calm him down, comedy stuff.
I wish I could have seen his last fight. I hope he makes a big enough fight that he makes it to TV again. Like I say, he's a sporty fun little fighter and props be to him.
Wasnt it supposed to be on Telemundo or Telefutura? It probaly was cancled since Torres droped out. Maybe they'll show a relpy next week...??
i thought it was suppose to be on telemundo  they showed it as a webcast here....http://www.mediazone.com/channel/boxing/jsp/cr1210.jsp
i still cant imagine being 108 pounds, but then again i cant imagine being five feet either
Some people expect these guys to be giants or something...Theyre MINIMUMweights
A discussed fight is Calderón vs. Cázares for the WBO 108 pound belt.
i still cant imagine being 108 pounds, but then again i cant imagine being five feet either
calderon is untouchable, he has no punch behind his puch yet still exciting to watch. He is brilliant, nobody can move like he does
He's a great technical fighter :D
In Puerto Rico, I thought it was gonna be free  .
Calderon is ready to collect more belts...Reyes was champion just last year...
I just checked and i think it was shown in puerto rico on espn en espanol, not sure though
