We all know Eubank had a great chin, no doubt, but his weakness to body punches was apparent. Remember Benn digging Eubank to the body in like the 5th round of their first fight and Eubank stagging like a little bitch across the ring.
He avoided, brillantly at times, the likes of McCallum, Toney and Roy Jones. Fighters who would have attacked his ody and possibly stopped him!
Eubank's true skill wasn't his fighting ability, it was his ability to avoid a decent fighter and stll claim to be a world champ!
I think the fights between Eubank and Tony etc where never made because there wasnt a great interest in Eubank in the states. Basically, Eubank wouldnt have been a big attraction in America.
Maybe im wrong, its just a feeling i had at the time. I was young.
And Eubank was definatly beaten by Collins. Before that fight Eubank had a few very close calls, if not controversial decisions.
Judge: Roy Francis 113-117 | Judge: Cesar Ramos 112-114 | Judge: Ismael W. Fernandez 112-114

These are the scores from the first fight between Collins and Eubank. Eubank's score is first because he WAS the champion.
Tell me, where's the robbery?

Eubank would of fought them all on the same night in the money was right, and it's no secret that a lot of people stayed well clear of Eubank.
I agree, they avoided Eubank because he had a habbit of atracting British friendly judges where ever he fought!
Are you claiming Eubank was robbed against Collins?? Collins beat him in a close fight but there wasn't any robbery. Collins beat Eubank twice and Calzaghe OWNED Eubank!
Eubank was robbed at Mill Street.
he avoided McCallum, Toney and Micheal Nunn like the plague! Its a fucking fact.

Eubank didn't go out of his way to make fights with McCallum, Toney or Jones Jr, but Jones Jr certainly wanted nothing to do with him after Eubank got robbed at Mill Street and needed another belt to make money off.

Thats got to be the most idiotic statement I have read on here!
This is the same fighter who went to war with Benn, the same Benn who battled and won McLellan etc etc etc.
Eubank was and still is a crazy mf but he was a great fighter and a warrior.
He never ducked anyone (at the end of his career he fought a young Calzaghe, then went to war a couple of times with a much stronger Carl Thompson as well as the early battles with Benn, Watson and Collins, I think if you delve deeper you will find that many of the so called great opponents of the time didn't fancy fighting an un-orthodox counter puncher who hit like Eubank!
I know every single opponent in world title matches, i saw like 90% of them and 70% of these fights live. He was a great fighter and warrior. However, he had a weakness to body punching and yes he avoided McCallum, Toney and Micheal Nunn like the plague! Its a fucking fact.

You were fighting girls though, right?
No, actually really hard guys. I tired it for a few months but the conditions were shit and there was allot of nepotism involved. But there was one girl there. hard little bitch, loved Chris Eubank, what was her name..Juile.....jules jules, can't remember!
And you've got the nerve to slag off a professional boxer who won world titles and didn't lose until his 44th pro fight? A professional boxer who pushed himself to the limits in stopping Benn and Watson that he was left hospitalised? Hang your head in shame.
I never slaged off Eubank, i just said he had a weakness to body punches. The only time i'll hang my head in shame is when i catch you giving Eubank oral sex. I'm watching Juy Juy....
I was a member of the Eltham ABA for 2 years and had 7 amatuer fights, losing only one.
Sadly, i could not stay focused and quit in exchange for drink, smokes and girls. Pretty fly for a white guy eh Juy Juy! got anything else to say? No, i thought not!

How many times have you ever stepped into a boxing ring? It's easy to sit behind your computer screen under some made up name on the internet.
