Vargas / Mosley - who wins?

Both are shot but Vargas looks a lot more shot then his opponent Mosley. Vargas has a bad back, glass chin & is gunshy (as his his counterpart Mosley). The problem with Shane is that he looks to muscled for 147 and 154. He's lost some of his handspeed & his reflexes and he looks stiff. The only thing that hasn't left him is his rock-hard chin. I see a very competitive fight, but Mosley stopping him late. This is a very exciting bout because both boxers are going to lay it all on the line (I hope!) and the loser probably won't return to boxing. Reminds me a little bit of Hearns - Leonard 2. he looks stiff and muscled from lifting weights/supplements to make 147 now its hurting him..he should have stayed at 135 then moved to 140

A very attractive fight a few years ago, its pretty much up in the air, depends how motivated both of them are, it can go either way.

this is a fight i wanted to like 3 or 4 years ago, but i think vargas is gonna win by ko. mosley has become a one punch guy, no more of the flurries and combos he was known for.

I think mosley could get ktfo.. but both these fools suck so who cares.

True,Vargas has lost by brutal ko's while Mosely has just been beaten by Good fighters.I personally think Mosely has lost his fire.

just think of how mosley looked in his last few fightsJust think how Vargas looked in his last few fights. Mosley is shot but Vargas is sh#t, and shot beats sh#t every time.

If Vargas uses his height and sticks out his jab he can win a decision but if he doesn't he loses by decision.

I see Mosley winning a UD. Vargas has been very inactive and although Mosley has looked jaded since Forrest beat him up, i think his activity will help him overcome Vargas!

that lil chain dont work in boxing man. sure don't. my favorite chain was the Mosley beat Oscar, Forrest beat Mosley, Mayorga beat Forrest, Trinidad beat Mayorga, so Trinidad beats De La Hoya chain. Anybody who saw DLH-Trinidad knows that is NOT the case, although it says so in the record books. :(

mosley will win vargas is just not the same anymore and i think that mosley will get a pretty comfortable decision in this fight

I think at this point Mosley wins by UD unless Vargas can show some of the fight he used to have in him.....man a few years back this would have been very exciting IMO. :cool: Vargas has a glass jaw and he's a moron........I can;t wait to see him go down again!

im picking mosley by EEEEAAAAASSSSYYYY UD, vargas will be out on his feet in the middle to late rounds.

honestly who cares? i dont mean to make fun of ur thread or anything. but 3 years ago, this would've been the fight to watch, or mayb 4 years ago. but now, omg, its nothing. if i had to pick i'd pick umm...... mosely , simply cuz of his speed. i could pick vargas considering his last 2 outings r slightly better than moselys kinda funny how ppl didn't think that mosely hasn't had a TKO/KO since July 2001
