updated lb 4 lb list

p4p should be based on boxing ability, not recent wins and losses, which is why mayweather is at number 1. Taylor officially won his last two bouts, but didn't look so hot doing it. He even said he has a lot to improve. anyone in the top 10 p4p should not have a lot to improve on.

I think that's a very solid list, I'd have to agree. I'd probably have Hopkins #10 though. 2 losses in a row don't deserve anything on top 10 P4P..........
