First, I'd like to say that Hopkins doesn't belong in the class of Monzon, Hagler, Greb, etc. Anyways what do you guys think is next for a 41 year old Hopkins? Maybe move up to cruiser and fight Jean-Marc Mormeck or possibly even heavy and fight Ruiz or Rahman, that would be decent money to end a great career in an era of crappy middleweights. Even now, he's got no one to fight at middleweight so he finally needs to move up, if he wants to fight again.

Vargas-Mosley reminds me a lot of the second fight between Leonard and Hearns. Both past their prime and fighting at a lesser rate but still deliver on a great fight.

I wouldnt feel too great if I was Taylor. He barely beat a 41 year old man. Say what you will, both fights were close, could have gone either way and neither man looked great in either contest. The second fight, was more boring than the first. No action at all. Lets put it this way. The new star of the middleweight division is Taylor, the division that Hagler, Hearns, and Leonard fought. This is a shame.

Hopkins had two primes...physical prime (when he fought RJJ) and his late-career prime (where he fought nobodies). Both times, I see him getting beat by Taylor.
