This is not just any celebration...
This is the celebration of Bernard Hopkins going down as one of the greatest middleweights of all time after he knocks out Taylor.
Tonight is going to be history!
Who's in?
I completely agree.
As I've posted in many other threads, I'm picking Taylor by decision.
I'd just like to take the time to point out that my prediction was 100% accurate.
:boxing:
I'd also like to loudly mock all who claimed this fight had the possibility of being an exciting brawl and all those who paid for the pay-per-view.
:lol1:
Furthermore, I wish I had more hands so I could give both fighters and both fights (Hopkins/Taylor I,II) four thumbs down. These were the most pathetic/unspectacular championship winning and defending efforts I've ever seen. I have no interest in seeing either Hopkins or Taylor again.
:grr:
Bring one Pac/Morales II, two genuine warriors who never disappoint.
:headbang:
I dunno'.. this is a bad omen. THe last 2 "after party" threads which were created in my memory were the "Peter just knocked out Wlad" and the one about RJJ winning.... neither of which occured. This looks bad.
Actually, it was "Wlad just whooped Peter" party, the RJJ didn't go successful, hhopefully this does.

bhop looks like a BADASS in your sig
I just don't see him knocking out Taylor. I think it's going to be hard for him at 41 to stay active enough to win enough rounds to win a decision. He fought a great fight the first time around but still had a hard time catching a younger faster fighter. Taylor's conditioning or lack of it will determine if Hopkins pulls out a win tonight. In the first fight he started catching Taylor only because of Taylor running out of gas in the later rounds. If Taylor's trainers are even half good they'll see that he is better conditioned this fight which can only mean another decision win for Taylor

Hopkins no matter what happens tonight will go down as one of the best middleweights of all time but at 41 he is past his peak and it may show tonight. I just don't see him knocking out Taylor. Maybe Oscar was inconsistent because he fought top notch opponent after top notch opponent...
Maybe Behop was conmsistent because he fought B level guy after B level guy.
Taylor is crashing your party!
We'll see bro;)
Also, Oscar is one of the greatest fighters of all time IMO..
He lost his hunger after the Trinidad fight..
I think the reason he burnt out so quick was because he started sooooo young, at age 6...That shit takes a toll on you!
Well have fun n enjoy the fight man.
Good post, but don't forget, Hopkins was VERY green in the Jones fight, Jones never gave him a rematch, don't forget though, Hopkins is very old but he's still consistent.
Also, about DeLaHoya, he is a all time great as well, but Oscar was just inconsistent.

Taylor is gonna win a lot more convincingly this time. If Hopkins doesn't land a solid headbutt, I see Taylor taking as many as 9 rounds this time around.
Taylor will win by decision.
I'll be partying with the Razorbacks tonight!
Oh yeah, jack_the_rippuh, I will still bet every single point I possess that Taylor defeats Hopkins by decision. Are you interested yet?
:boxing:
Hopkins better not start late again...
its either gonna b like this: a stoppage in the 3rd round cause hop will b pounding him in the corner..or a ko in the 7th,,my predictions.we are lible 2c a hopkins never seen b4...gonna b gr8
