Out of all the time that you have enjoyed watching are great sport what moments shocked you the most .
1st. The 2nd round knockout of Roy jones jr to Antonio Tarver , I remember sitting at work and hearing Charles Barkley saying on TNT Roy Jones Just got knocked out .
3rd. Watching a Semi Progolfer Kick the shit out of Wlad KLlit , I was a believer in Wlad up until that moment .
What do you all think ??
Got to go with Tyson-Douglas. That was such a sure outcome that I chose not to watch it, then heard the result later on the radio!
Not that it compares, but how about when judge Jose J. Guerra scored the Hagler-Leonard fight 118-110 for Leonard? I was really shocked when that happened, but different things shock different people.
That might be the biggest one of all time in any sport .
I might have to change my number 1 .
Tyson did lose but damn, in round 9 or 10 I think it was, he almost had Buster. :(
Mosley given the decision in the 2nd De La Hoya fight.
Unbelievable.

i cant remember any great suprise right now besides the Roy Jones one. i remember i didnt see the fight but my friend called me cause he was watching the Lackers game on ESPN and said that Roy Jones got KO, which i didnt beleive.
The biggest shock in boxing has to be Douglas beating Tyson. No one gave Douglas a chance, and rightfully so.
The biggest shock this year has got to be Maussa knocking out Harris. No one gave Maussa a chance when they saw him walk through the ropes...He looked like a proper twat.
I think the biggest shock of all time was Douglas and Tyson. Douglas was a 40-1 underdog...that's absolutely unheard of.
Following closely is Ali beating Foreman. I don't think anyone but Ali believed he could beat that monster. Hell the fact that he was standing after the beating his arms and ribs took that fight is a miracle in itself.
I agree with the above ones, but also the Forest-Mayorga I fight comes to mind. Forrest had just dominated Mosely twice and was being slated as a pound-for-pound elite, when this wild swinging Nicuraguan comes in and knocks the shit out of him. I def. never saw that one coming.
I think it is funny that Riddick was in alot of fights with controversy .
Rememeber when his trainer pulled that guy over the ropes WWE style ??
thats because the guy he was fighting, Elijah Tillery, kicked him twice after the round was over (tillery was close to being tko'd) and bowe's trainer didnt want him to get hurt
it was awesome when his trainer held him against the ropes and bowe rocked him and he flipped over
anyways, bowe fought tillery again and won via 4th round tko
by the way, did any of you guys know bowe is still fighting?
i just found that out
