Is that shit still used today to intimidate people? I thought they stopped using that because it meant absolutely nothing.

I had a friend named Ivan Drago that had a pretty good PSI...anything he hits, he destroys!

i don't know where you can go specifically, but you can buy machines that do this. they're just a bit pricey though.

where can u go to figure out the psi
