thats what fucked him up more then anything, becuase he was innocent , he didnt give a fuck about shit after that, he had don kings tax attorney defending him
having a tax attorney represenitng him definitely didn't help him
I dont know all the facts of the case, some jurors claimed that he did not get a fair trial because certain testimony was stricken or some evidence was supressed because of some bullshit excuse or whatever, but let's face it. Tyson is a disturbed individual. He is emotional unstable, and I think is vicious enough to do some shit like that. But its anyone's guess. Point is, he was found GUILTY, and served a short sentence.

He served less than 3 years for rape. Thats a break.
do you really think he raped her? I really don't think he did, and in my opinion spending 3 years in prison for something you didn't do isn't considered a break
Tyson could lose 100 fights from today to forever, and Id still consider him the greatest.
He just never caught any breaks.
that says alot about your mental state
I believe Tyson said he broke his back after he knocked out Etienne.
And I can see Tyson coming back to the ring, because he will need the money. I say rematch with Danny Williams
he would rule the heavyweight
division today. that back problem
took ten years off his carreer.
tyson, at no point in his career including now, would or could ever beat Holyfield.
WTF, why can't boxingscene have a separate forum for all these stupid tyson threads for all the tyson nuthuggers on this website. Or if you're talking about tyson history go post on the "boxing history" forum.
Damn. Its a shame, I would've liked to see him fight more, even if it was against hand picked tomato cans. He'll be back though, I dont think he's gonna make it as a commentator. And he's always broke.
i think the reason he retired was that he kept getting beat by hand picked tomato cans...
When did he OFFICIALLY retire?
What is it Tyson season or something? Everyday two threads are made that are much like this.
yes, mike tyson is officially retired. he retired i think immediatly after his loss to mcbride.

that, and being 16 years past his prime, and not having a fighter's mentality anymore, and not having any emotional stability, and being in trouble with the law constantly, and not having anything left except for his power (which cant even win him a fight anymore), and having been dismantled in 3 of his past four fights, and of course BEING RETIRED.
if not for all that, yeah he would absolutely dominate the HW division today!!
and im sure sugar ray robinson would also destroy the MW division if he wasnt so DEAD.
Tyson was and is a shot fighter. he was great in his day, but time, a prison sentence and Robin Givens has caught up with him. Crippling back pain won't dull desire, and Tysons quitting showed a total lack of desire. sad but a fact.
Lol
Holyfield is a more shot fighter than Tyson, yet he still sells tickets. I guess ppl wanna see a funeral.
if he has no heart then why the fuck did he take his beating like a man against lewis an holyfield
he didnt quit against fat danny u seen what happened 2 his leg plus the 28 unanswered punches he took
yeah he quit against McBride but he didnthave the heart for fighting anymore
you lil shit
I agree, he showed a lot of heart against Holy and Lewis. He left it all in the ring.
Sorry little JR.
he would rule the heavyweight

It is not our fault that you got stuck with that name. Now you have to bring up a whole bunch of non sense excuses.
Once Mike Tyson SR. went to Japan without preparation and took (What's his name?)so lightly, he got knocked out and never again fought the way he used to. The "spectrum" of a "punch" on his head is always in his mind.
Sorry!
