They'll have to put in a choice undercard matchup for this one to be worthwhile. I'm guessing maybe they'll throw in a Cotto fight, but that's only a shot in the dark.
Both guys are little past their prime and they have popularity, but his shouldn't be PPV. I might go catch it a bar that's playing it but I'm not paying 50$ for two guys who looked average at best in their last fights. As for who would win, I think it might be close, but I don't know what to expect.
Not Vargas.... Mosley yes. Plus ODLH is backing Mosley now. Thats why we're seeing him at all. Vargas is the draw here. Not Mosley. Make no mistake about it.
I dont make mistakes...
Do you realize how many fights in a row (besides the 1 ESPN PPV fight) HBO has televsied with Mosely??? Golden Boy Promotions has been with Sugar for how long???
Both these guys have turned in some pretty medicore performances of late, why the fuck is this PPV? I would not pay for this at all...I catch it after it is over or some other way but no way would I pay for this. This should be on regular HBO.

Hey FLY...
I thought HBO was dissing Mosely?
I wanna see it and I think Mosley will hurt Vargas... the timid Vargas that is. Both are not what they use to be obviously.

I don't mind dropping $50 for a PPV, but it needs to be a fight that means something. Hopkins-Taylor? Yeah. Mosley-Vargas? Not in 2006.
Exactly, and that's the message we need to get out to HBO/Showtime, et al. You give us quality, we'll pay, you give us shit, and we'll pay to watch the tits! LOL! (Most of the time I end up in titty bars to watch PPV's)
There you go, that's the way for us boxing junkies to get our fix and still make a statement on the state of PPV's. That's what I do, wherever I happen to find myself.
"No matter where I go,
There I AM!"

I won't buy it because I think both guys are shot and not worth $50, but I am interested in it. I hope I can find a bar that will be showing it.
