apparently, the creator of this thread doesn't put in ALL The facts....Eric Morel is a SICK Guy.....fightnews reports that he raped a minor WHILE SHE WAS UNCONSCIOUS! Death penalty is out of the question, but this dude is a fucking disgrace to boxing. SICKASS!

A lot of the time the problem with rape is proving it! Unfortunately the law tends to believe the female complainant most of the time. If there are no physical signs of force, or proven co-ercion then how can it be proved? Lol Thats a problem, rape is hard to prove but so its difficult to hand down hard sentances. BUT i think clean cut rape cases should be dealt with very harshly, especially serial rapists.

The death penalty is wrong, it isn't up to the state whether someone lives or dies. Incarcerate the sick fuckers for life though. I'm not too keen of he death penalty myself but i hate rapists and dont like the thought paying for them to live. I suppose a full life term would be OK, as long as life is life in a shot whole.

This is my opinion. If the girl is under 16 and you know that, then your bang her its rape, i dont think girls know whats they are doing at age. If you meet and bang a girl in an over 18's bar/club who is under 16 then its not rape, she was in a place she shouldnt be and she was probably dressed up to look a lot older so how the hell is a man supposed to know!! Then IMO the doormen are the guilty party. If you force yourself on a girl of any age its rape. All acts of rape should be punished by death, it the only crime that there cant ever be a valid reason for and it must be terrible for a woman to experience.
