I know, I know ... calm down! LOL
Almost everybody probably believes this one would be an easy win for Foreman. But considering Foreman's (lack of) speed and all, do you see a possible chance for Chris Byrd at winning this fight as he was in his absolute prime as he knew quite well how to avoid big punches?
Ibeabuchi is not a good example to prove Byrd is vulnerable, because Ike was an exceptional fighter.
George was a good fighter but not technically at all while ike was
He could have fought brutal wars against Lennox Lewis and the Klitschko bros. and maybe even changed heavyweight history.
The Ike comparison is beyond odd it always has been Ike fought like more patient ver of mike/wlad
wlad was patient and would throw those jabs from range
Mike would those those wide overhand rights
Mike would explode with hooks often
golata is the man to compare to george
golata had his hands up like george
1 punch at a time
he had that same bad aim unless a person was where he needed them to be
his punch speed was better not much better then Georges
he threw sloopy punches
his punches were loopy
So why their comparing ike to George/golata who andrew was a more advanced ver of george as like I said is odd
Golata did way better then george ever did
anybody with good vision can see george would get hit way more then him
Iike its really strange to pick george when commentary have always said chris liked to fight those big slow guys sloopy guys
chris never lost to 1
George never would beat a young Ali who wasn't as hard to hit as chris so why would chris lose doesnt make sense at all never has
Chris had problems with people who kept range and had decent speed or fast which is why he usually liked to fight the slow dudes like its nothing chris would have to worry about when he would be moving way to much for george

As Byrd was no natural Heavyweight, he still had to overperform just to eek by some big men. Heck Holyfield fit HW better than Byrd. While Byrd had a bit of a 2nd teir run as a HW titlist beating Tua, old Holyfield, Oquendo, McCline, Williamson and drawing with Golata, he struggled with the size of Golata, McCline and of course Wlad (where he lost). I can see him frustrating any version of Foreman, but not lasting. I think it would be similar to the Wladimir fight. He will move well, pepper some shots, feel confident, but the hard shots will land and Foreman would eventually break him down.
golata is the man to compare to george not wlad fought nothing like him why you made that comparison no idea
golata had his hands up like george
1 punch at a time
he had that same bad aim unless a person was where he needed them to be
he threw 1 punch at a time
and was almost the same speed but with better defense chris had some trouble with him but he was countered easy mutiple times
golata was a real hw and tough
George wasnt to hard shots
chris wasnt a hard hitter but he would combo when he knew he could he would like i said combo george to a ko
George defense he had none and was more sloopy then golata its easy to see chris makes him look foolish
your pick for george is stupid like you anybody with good vision knows Chris would ko him from accumulated punches
Commentary said in matches that chris would ko a person if they walked in with no defense they said that cause of his great ability to pick shots and land with combos
George had no defense
So no george wouldnt win

Peep byrd vs Jimmy Young. Byrd definitely has a chance if he doesn't stand in front of Foreman and take punches. Prime byrd was hard to hit flush. Ibeabuchie landed that hookercut because he threw a punch where he knew Byrd would be. I'd pick foreman, but Young did outpoint Foreman.
Hey idiot follower who doesnt watch matches golata is the man to compare to george not ike

Another idiot comparing ike to George fought nothing alike you crazy follower watch matches you idiot
Jim and Chris fought nothing alike either

Ibeabuchi defeated Byrd who’s not a Foreman who was a better skilled fighter and definitely more proven puncher . Eventually Foreman lands a huge one and it’s lights out .
yea and that quote of ike doesnt work you idiot follower who doesnt watch matches ike moved nothing like him he wasnt slow or basic and no George wasnt more skilled now your lying and he wasnt a harder hitter
golata is the comparison to make person who doesnt watch matches he had his hands up like george
he had that same bad aim unless a person was where he needed them to be

as i said nobody slow beat chris thats not a madeup you crazy person so go troll somebody else your stupid
anybody with good vision who seen golata george knows that compare is spot on
anybody with good vision knows chris would make George look foolish like he always did
talk to the other crazy people not me
Foreman stops him. I mean c'mon.. I don't rate Byrd higher then prime Norton or Frazier. Styles make fights and that mummy style Byrd has will leave him open for devastating punches. Sure Foreman has the mummy style too but he has an amazing chin so..
wrong that quote is a lie styles dont make fights only never has so stop using it you idiot and you meant george with the mummy
Chris was smooth and never was easy to hit
George was the easy one to hit
And george wasn't that tough to hard shots another lie quote you read
Chris makes george look foolish
Chris wasnt beat by technically trash slow easy to read fighters like george you idiot so try watching matches of chris
prime? lol foreman by stoppage.
I first thought it was 90s foreman in which case i think byrd by decision.
prime foreman was good at cutting off the ring, he would go to the body not just head hunt, he would also cheat and push guys and then hit them when they were off balance from the push. he has a lot of was of imposing his power on Byrd. He might look sloppy but its effective.
Lol your a idiot nobody that slow beat chris
your really crazy most know Chris was only beat by people who had good tech punches and who was more advanced all around so yea your a idiot picking a man like george to beat him
Yea george punches were effective on people who stood there or with bad defense
Didnt George have trouble with the 2nd match joe when he changed his movement some
Ali who george didn't just stand there and wasnt getting hit much until he was on the ropes and even then it wasn't clean
forget about these matches huh you idiot
Its mutiple matches where the commentaries say how chris did so great vs the slow types like george
so if they knew that why do you think which you have the right to think even though thoughts mean nothing why do you think george wins when he wouldnt he wouldnt land hardly anything vid proves this like your really crazy try watching chris you idiot
prime? lol foreman by stoppage.

Lucked out? He was about to knock Vitali out. Ibeabuchi was a questionable stoppage and in case you forgot, he didn't get caught it got stopped. Plus Byrd was slipping right at the end and was talking to the ref.

Byrd dominated Tua too, fighters like Foreman were tailor made for Byrd.
- - U dropped out the IQ lottery. Byrd couldn't dent a fly. He was a runner/stinker, the kind U like.

Right only crazy idiots say george would win chris made those type look so bad he never lost to a person who was slow or easy to read so why would he to George doesn't make sense these idiots say anything they dont watch matches
:lol1:
I totally disagree with the thread....Byrd's much better than y'all give credit to. He could beat Foreman.
Im glad you got those glasses finally man I agree and its no other way look at it look at the golata match look how he holds his hands look at how his feet moves that same slow come forward style
The differences is golata is faster at hands/throws from more angles
George cuts off the ring better
but like said uptop george is slower
less punch angles
The pick for george is idiotic golata is all we need for proof the man stuggled for the reasons I said
george is out of his league he he would be outpicked to a flashy ko by one of the best flashy mid names ever at hw name was byrd style was a less polished ver of jones
Like one of my quotes say I'll change when um shown video proof of George beating somebody who moved like byrd as I remember he lost to jim and ali neither one moved as good as byrd did so who do we have im here waiting for video proof
These are from visual like I said before not thoughts of a fiction george like most are talking from the real geoege was like I said he was
Foreman catches him at some point like Ike Ibeabuchi did . Byrd was good but little power and undersized . He lucked out against Vitali but he never truly beat a great big heavyweight.
Stop with the dumb quotes others used cause why are you comparing ike to George ike wasnt slow of hand/easy to read/or threw sloopy punches/didnt use basic angles this is how it would be down below
The match would look the same as a golata moves with that stiff feet movement you know like george the difference is golata wasnt as slow or easy to read and he was countered easy why would a more basic slower easier to read version named george beat a flashy byrd
See how you shouldn't repeat dumb quotes other idiots who don't watch use
Golata Is the same man we use if we compare how a match with lennox would go the difference is lennox would outbox george to a easy ko he is way to skilled for Slow easy to read george
So yea what happens when george catches him he would need many more shots the same as he did with even no names or did you forget george never had good tech which is why that happened
Remember Frazier which you people think is impressive had to hit him mutiple times just to stop him yet others had they fought joe would drop and stop joe with way less
the flashy Chris would combo people faster then george and let off more combos when he knew he could
What you think he would do when he sees those slow easy to read shots he would be having fun letting off combos on slow no defense george just like he did with others he would have fun countering with fast combos this is a mismatch more then the 60s ali with george
You idiots really need to watch matches
With both in their prime, Forman would Kill Byrd
- - We don't want to see George kill Byrd, the reason why George won't fight him.
Nobody but an idjit would propose such a thing.
These idiots picked george he was so slow and easy to read never would he land enough so how would he win byrd moved great from angles and would pick him apart with combos this is a mismatch
