part 2 How do you think Steve Collins would of done against Roy Jones? What do you think about those who disrespect the WBO? Why didnt you push for unification fights? Lets say if Collins didn't play mind games and if Roy Jones was in the right frame of mind then you will have to say its a joke question, Collins cannot win. I let Collins get away in the 10th round when I had him hurt, and in any case I was robbed that night. And in any case had he not played his mind games the fight would of been confirmed yet another Chris Eubank win a good while before the 10th round would even of come along, even though it would of still gone the full 12 round duration. Collins was clumsy while Roy Jones had quick hands and feet, Roy Jones had the advantage in youth and freshness. I will say that the fighter makes the belt, not the other way round. I know I was better champion material than any other boxer of my time. These unify of the belts you speak about, I would of done any of that if the promoters made it worth my while. part1 Do you think you would beat Roy Jones Jr in his prime? I doubt I would of beaten Roy Jones in his prime. However I doubt he would of beaten yours truly when yours truly was in his prime when Roy Jones was not so seasoned. Chris How would you rate Floyd Mayweather with all time greats? I didn't know boxing when I was a child but I knew Muhammad Ali and from what I saw him when I was child he truly did float like a butterfly and sting like a bee. When I started boxing I admired a local fighter called Dennis Cruz, I started admiring the jab of Thomas Hearns and I admired Pernell Whitaker. I liked hearing about Jack Johnson, Joe Louis, Max Smelling. I borrowed footage of Kid Chocolate who I really liked to watch. I also had VHS of bio of Kid Chocolate when I was 16. I will also say Bruce Lee because he was a philosopher as well as an artist, which became the same with me too. I've known Naz since he was 14, he turned up at my wedding uninvited when he was 16. Lenny (Lennox) is a very good friend of mine on a personal level outside boxing, we spend a lot of time together. Nigel was a great fighter. Amir Khan needs some fine-tuning. He always pulls back with his chin real high and his hands low. He does this at awful times too. I saw him on the inside with Carey, instead of pivoting to the side he pulls back. I would say too his steps are too extreme, in both his fights when he is side stepping out of trouble he is actually rocking looking like the leaning tower of pisa. Subtle steps will be fine. The Michael Watson fight was my toughest both mentally and physically, I was in the best shape of my life for the fight (Watson II fight) but he just seemed to be superhuman on the night. Roy Jones actually ducked me when I was at the end of my career, he told his manager "Don't let Eubank anywhere near me!". He knew I could give him fits. I doubt I could of beaten him, but its better to know you've lost than not to know you've won. That's why I wanted the fight, I had nothing to lose at the time. He had several close, controversial decisions(Watson 1, one of the Close fights, draw with Benn 2, Dan Schommer there's probably another couple) so I'd ask him if he HONESTLY thinks he won all of those. Hi. On close examination of Watson I, you will notice that Michael did not quite do enough to avoid narrow defeat. Benn did enough to beat me in the Benn II fight only when you take away the low blows, so a draw was fair no problem. Ray Close certainly did not deserve a draw with yours truly, I won that fight comfortably enough even though I gave away the middle rounds. But I would of had no complaints with a draw in the Schommer fight, you see it was 6,000 feet above sea level and I could not cope with that altitude.

I read in the latest issue of The Ring that Chris Eubank is in financial difficulty and had to sell his £4 mill house! He seamingly owes money from unpaid tax aswell. It was in the Ring news section just before the ratings page where they tell you everything that is happening related to boxing!
