I dont know why some people write off Lacy so quickly. He is young and improving every fight. He has very good power and he is relentless, and he has a great chin. He does not lack heart but he does not flaws. I think with time he will prove to be a great champion.

Which issue? The last one I got, and the one on their web site has Jermain Taylor on the cover. You got a subscription, thus getting issues before they hit the newsstand? I like Jeff Lacy but I don't know how good he is going to be. I just have this feeling sooner or later someone will expose him. I hope I am wrong...he is a cool fighter.

hmm Lacy will never be bigger than Roy Jones Jr. except in body-size. But, he could be a good champ for a long while...it just depends. His style is going to put some serious wear and tear on him. It all just depends on who he fights. He'd have his hands full with Kessler, Calzaghe, Johnson, and Tarver...but naturally I'd root for him to kick all their asses.

i think lacy unifies here. a few roadbumps with calz and a hard fought battle with kessler (late ko imo) will lead to this unification. then i think he will go up and fight tarver, seeing as tarver is still lhw champ and will lose a decision. rematch...same result

I think that Mikkel Kessler could give Lacy some problems, thats the only man in this division that would do so. He is the only fighter that can. He not only is the tallest super middleweight outside of IkeKe and Mendoza.....but he has proven the ability to overcome adversity in a fight.
