I wanna see this happen and It's not a crime to get away from reality and imagine they agree to fight on a catch weight.
I wanna listen to their word war more than I wanna see Toney and Tarver knock each other to the canvas. AHHHH... the pre-fight hype... TNT (Toney vs Tarver)... the unstoppable exchange of heated blab coming from both of 'em. Imagine the scribes laughing their heads off in the press conference. I hope I get a copy of the actual stuff they'll say there. THEN... the fight! It's pretty interesting. It's a really colourful thing to think about especially after Toney allegedly said Tarver is a chocolote monkey when he was asked for a comment on the RJJ and Tarver fight. I hope I hear something from Tarver.
(SNAP!) Oooops... oh well back to reality... :D
Hahahaha... Okay. But maybe I can politely ask you not to hijack this thread with some reference to others with the same topic. I wasnt aware of the other existing ones. No sarcasm in my tone. K? :D

I see Toney winning by decision too. Tarver will get countered all night. Toney might intentionally lure Tarver to come to him. Not a bad tack. He will let the lighter fighter come to him thus conserving his energy and rely on his formidable defense to weather Tarver's attack. Remember how Tarver seemed to lose some gas after unleashing bombs at Jones? Once Tarver punches himself out tired, Toney will start to pick him apart.
This fight can never happen...although it would be an interesting one if it could be done. Toney is looking for a mega payday within the next 12-18 months, and the only way that happens is if he can get Vitali in the ring with him. The TNT fight would be a UD for Toney since his ability to work on the inside would prove the difference over Tarver. The short punches to the body along with hooks and uppercuts make the day.
Judging by his last performance, Toney has no problem fighting in the middle of the ring. Like they said on showtime, he seems to use his legs better now that he's fat.
If you like a battle of defensive counter-punchers, this is a good fight for you.
i cant see Toney pulling it off. Tarver wont just let him stay on the ropes all night and rest his fat ass. if Tarver gets up for the fight he wins easy dec.
