u cant ban germany cause u wont see any more Felix Sturm Its not banning the sport there, no one other than the German government can do that, its stopping world title fights until the judging improves. I think thats fair because the judging has been terrible.

I agree, but generalship and aggession are very subjective categories. So are power shots, when you see James Toney throw punches they dont look like power shots but they are. How can anyone other than the fighters know if they are power shots or not??

robberries in germany at the world level are obvious . but just check at the euro level . sometimes it s more than roberry , last euro welterweight championship fight i saw , a french dude beated michael trabant so bad he looked like elefant man , and the scores were 119-108 for the german . the french fighter even said that the german fighter came to apologize . but as for banning , well no , just watch tyson-lewis , the biggest fight in recent history and a fuckin biased referee in eddie cotton . in front of the whole world . welcome to boxing

I dont think stats prove anything, power punching is a part of what wins the round but there's other factors that get taken into consideration(i.e. ring generalship and aggression). I agree, but generalship and aggession are very subjective categories.

his advantage in power-punching was well distributed over rounds, as shown in the post that precedes yours Hopkins dominated in terms of power-punching in 8 out of 12 rounds, including rounds 3,4, and 5. I dont think stats prove anything, power punching is a part of what wins the round but there's other factors that get taken into consideration(i.e. ring generalship and aggression).

Oh god. One judge gave 3 of the first 4 rounds to Trinidad. Also the 12th to De La Hoya. That fight = Fix from hell. I think De La Hoya made Trinidad look bad in that fight, he was on a whole different level of ability.

I admit. Reid v.s. Ottke was horrible. Keep in mind though. Here in the States, robberies are common. three names: Emmanuel Augustus Burton. I only see the bigger fights in US, so i probably dont see these robberys. Here in the UK fights normally get judged correctly, theres always a few debates about close decision but thats always going to happen because its personal opinion. I like Augustus, but he does get a few bad decisions. Surely a man who give Mayweather trouble should have a better record than he does.
