You can call it whatever you like, it's clear you have an agenda. Judah's been stopped once, by a hard punching all time great 140lber, and outside of that has suffered a few flash knock downs. His chin isn't as weak as you're making it out to be. no, i dont have an agenda, judah often gets knocked down by average or even light hitting punchers. blame it on his chin, blame it on his legs, whatever, but theres someting there thats weak. didnt mayweather say he dropped judah when they were sparring?

I really hate the Jones Toney fight. Jones won probably every round, but it seems like he went the whole fight without landing a damaging punch. Jones just has the perfect style for Toney, especially an out of shape of Toney. If Toney was on his game he might have been able to nail Jones with some devastating counters, but Jones did not leave much opportunity even for the most skilled counterpuncher in that fight, he used his footspeed, ringgeneralship, reach, and ability to pockshot successfully from the outside. What do you expect? Toney has never been hurt in 70 professional fights!

It was definately the Toney fight! People can say what they want about it, but that was the fight that vaulted Roy into super stardom!

Jones' best win was over Toney. Weight-loss issue or not....James Toney was the best (or second best) fighter in the world when Roy beat him. Roy moved up in weight...& won every second of that fight. He beat a complete FIGHTER that night. When he beat Ruiz, he beat a complete FOOL.

Really though folks. Tarver was extremely inactive in the first fight with Jones, not to mention he got taught a boxing lesson. Alot of people seem to score rounds based solely on a fighter's activity level. Nevermind the connect percentages and effective punching.....it seems the windmill is the way to win fights. hmm Because most people thought he lost that fight. Don't you remember the polls? The majority did not feel Tarver won. That's a flat-out lie, or you are just misinformed. I've seen polls ranging from ESPN all the way to the most notorious of Jones-hating sites (boxingtalk) and Jones was agreed to have won by the majority in EACH case, even HERE at boxingscene. People weren't used to seeing Jones look that bad so they just gave Tarver more credit than he deserved in some cases, plus you have to discount the hundreds of idiots who just hate Jones and want to score against him when they can. most people believed tarver defeated jones in the first fight, not very clear at all. Again, false.

yeah, it was awesome, the way he got up against zoo so quickly... he got up to win, thats great, judah is a good fighter, im not denying that, but his chin is weak, thats my point And it's a poor point. Because of the times he's been down, the only time he was hurt and stopped was agaisnt the an all time great 140lber who's a great puncher. Otherwise he's suffered a few flash KD's, and has beat some hard hitting fighters that he wouldn't have if he had a weak chin.

Right. Plenty of flash knockdowns, and half slips. Judah was never seriously hurt, just off balance or stunned. Millet hit him with a decent shot, but a flash KD. bozo, tahts what i was responding to, rwk also said that zoo his himi with a lucky shot, and that was my response

My point? A knockout is a knockout, unless its a bullshit stoppage, like Lyle vs Ali. Where Lyle did not go down and was not hurt at all. And you use Foreman Frazier as an example but everybody knows that George Foreman is possibly the biggest puncher in the history boxing. And Frazier's come forward style was costum made for him.

I just use that particular fight as an example because it is one that many would be aware of. Great fighters lose fights by KO, and are still great fighters. It doesn't make them any less great than a guy that doesn't get stopped. Joe Louis was cold cocked by Schmelling and came back to win another day. Joe Frazier was brutalized by Foreman, the list goes on and on. Do you even know what point it is that you're trying to make?

Holmes was dominating Shavers sure as shit in that fight. He got hit with a Haymaker from one of the hardest hitters in boxing history, and he did not allow that fact to cause him to lose the fight.
