Exclusive Interview: Joe Mesi
By G. Leon
"The Italians have made an offer and it could possibly be Evander Holyfield...the fight makes sense to me!"
September 07, 2005 - GL: What't the latest Joe? "We're in touch with the Nevada State court and we are hoping to obtain a verdict from a Nevada State court judge. We're no longer dealing with the commission we're hoping that the judge will see things our way and issue a reinstatement and the verdict is expected to come down sometime in October. I'm hoping that they'll clear me to fight again in the US, Canada, Mexico and all over the world."
Hey Cooler,
Remember you crying yesterday about someone double posting?
http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/showthread.php?t=45827
You did it again.
The last post on your thread was at 3:00AM... Before I posted mine, I looked through the first page and didn't see anyone who posted this...
Anyway Bozo..
Good job with the news!
As for my "crying" yesterday, a single poster was already involved in multiple posts but he kept creating new once.
So me telling the idiot off that there is no need to create multiple posts on the same topic is not crying

if joe messi could fight again thatll be good,he is the only heavyweight that is exciting to watch and garuntees a good fight
Come on...
I like baby joe, but he is a good contender... all he is...
If Jirov nearly killed him in the ring, think about what the power hitters will do...
He should not be fighting HWs... and should hold on to his undefeated record, something to talk about to his grandkids.
It would be a hazard to Mesi's health if Holyfield wasnt so faded but Mesi will take it. He still has some in the tank and should be able to last about 7 rounds or so just enough to steal enough rounds from Holyfield...It is a damn shame Holyfield has stooped to this level. What more does he want, fighting Mesi and even beating him wont give him the title shot he is looking for.....Evander Holyfield is a tragic story.
I agree Holyfield has become a trajic story. Its too bad his career had to become what its become. :(

This is CRAZY!
Both in trouble with their health
and both could punch!
Someone will get killed in that ring...
All jokes aside, I think the well rested Mesi will take the long time faded Holyfield
