Prior to every single fight Ricky completes a gruelling 15 round training session with his trainer Billy Graham.
Billy dons the now infamous bodybelt and puts Ricky through his paces, literally taking the Hitman to hell and back.
It forms the pinnacle of months of training and is a very fast and very furious affair right from the off with the action actually gaining momentum as the rounds wear on!
Powerful left hooks to the body, triple jabs, screw uppercuts, leaping right hooks from a southpaw stance, right uppercuts to head and body before you can blink, super-fast four-punch combinations with his left hand and everything in between, Billy Graham pushes the Hitman to his absolute limit.

The same bum who you wouldn't be able to lay a glove on. The same bum who would KTFO you easily. If Ray Oliveira is a bum, then what does that make you??
I agree, and JUYJUY check my thread about the Eubanks in the lounge area. Tell me what you think.
Hatton must have a lot of motivation training that intensely to fight a bum.

Yeah but training that hard has knock on effects. The fitness he gains will carry through to future fights. Such as the KT fight, and future fights with belt holder (ie Maussa, Mayweather).
thats very true, he's been training like that since he was a boy, no wonder he's fights at such a fast pace.

Olivera wasnt exactly a bum, he wasnt as good as he once was but he's was still tough before Hatton fought him.
Training hard for every fight is probably the reason he's unbeaten, its probably the reason he has so many fans and earns so much money. If you give a good show everytime you fight people are bound to return to watch you.

When Hatton is training the intensity is unbelievable. Billy Graham is exhausted as well. Deserves everything he gets when you see the effort he puts in.
It's true that Ricky balloons upto 180-200 between fights, and that he does Nothing until eight weeks out from a fight. But the fact is that Ricky trains So intense that in two weeks he is at the weight in which he 'should' of entered training camp. Ricky is not a guy who trains to lose weight, he trains for his opponent. If your going to blow-up, the way Ricky trains is the way to lose weight. After four weeks, he is already at 140lbs and has to work up to eating six or seven meals a day by the time he gets into his last few weeks of training just to stay at 140. Ricky goes 12 rounds ALL-OUT for Monday, Wednesday and Friday - either with sparring partners or getting the body bag and pads out, he then does weight-training sessions after each workout. On a Tuesday and Thursday he tones it down abit and works on tactics. And his skills are top-notch, only fools think he isn't skilled because they don't see the angles.. and the variation of defence, his body balance and timing of forward movement.
Billy is encouraging Ricky to finish with a flurry and is drawing him towards the ropes.. (calling Ricky names to fire him up!)
